  • Quentin talks about his amazing fans, living in Tel Aviv, learning Hebrew, his fifteen-month-old son, writing the book “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” after making the movie, some of his favorite novelizations, and he attempts to guess old movies by only hearing the description on the back of the VHS box.

Interesting factoid: THE SWITCH, a 70s novel by Elmore Leonard, is advertised in the back of Tarantino’s ONCE novelization. Elmore Leonard wrote RUM PUNCH which Tarantino made into JACKIE BROWN. Both of those Leonard novels have the characters of Ordell and Louis (Sam Jackson and De Niro).
AND, when Tarantino was a teenager, he got caught for shoplifting THE SWITCH paperback from a store.
