The light output from the bi-xenon projectors is much better than the halogen bulb. Especially because in converts from 1 halogen bulb to 2 bi-xenon projectors.
Light pattern - because projectors are used, the light pattern is perfect and not blinding for oncoming traffic (which happens with xenon and LED bulbs in the reflector).

Retrofitting refers to the addition of new technology or features to older systems. These days there are a lot of people who put a simple plug & play xenon kit in their halogen headlight housing in an attempt to improve night vision and looks of their vehicle. In fact they don’t realize that their headlight beams are often worse than before. Night vision achieves relatively little improvement on night vision because of a poor beam pattern, which increases the blinding of other road users. This is because their headlight housings are designed for halogen and not xenon.
A true Bi-Xenon projector update is now possible for your car. Such an upgrade will significantly improve your light output from 700-2100 lumens to 2800 and 3500 lumens, without blinding other traffic with glare from your headlight. Upgrade your headlight OEM style!
The latest high power Led bulbs will upgrade both the exterior and interior lighting system of your car. Led lighting is becoming more and more popular in the automotive market for obvious reasons. They have longer lifetime, use less energy and improve safety with their fast response time.
Do you have any questions? Do not hesitate to contact us, we are happy to help you out!
Good luck with your retrofit!
These products are not ECE-approved and must not be used on public roads in any exterior application. Use on public roads will invalidate both the operating license and insurance coverage. - Auta a dopravní prostředky

Thanks!
@@Retrofitlab yuor welcome..
Yes!! Finally, a retrofit kit for the z900. I was about to buy some projectors and all the necessary hardware and do a retrofit myself. So glad I came across this before pulled the trigger. Do you guys ship to the USA?
Yes, we ship to the USA, no problem :-)
Saw these fitted to another Z900 yesterday. Have since watched the install video, but I have a couple of questions. After the install, there are 2 plugs left to plug into the stock wiring loom, but what did you do with the wires as they no longer plug into the back of the bulb as they did with the halogens. Do they just hang at the back of the headlight unit? How did you make these connections weather proof? The bulb etc are waterproof due to the dust cover, but what about the H7 plug if it’s just left hanging there? Also, what about MOT testing in the UK, will these pass an MOT?
Yes there are 2 H7 connectors that are plugged to the original connectors. These connectors can be replaced by watertight ones or sometimes special tape is used, or sometimes they are just mounted this way. MOT is different in every country, sometimes it is allowed, sometimes it is allowed when a halogen bulb is used inside the projector instead of a xenon one etc. so please inform with your inspector to check what is allowed.
Great video. Do you have a link to the one for bi-LEDs for the Z900? Also do you apply extra glue to the housing and glass cover before putting it back into the oven? Or is the prior glue enough to stick back?
Thanks! Here you can find the link to the Bi-LED kit: retrofitlab.com/products/kawasaki-z900-2017-2019-bi-led-headlight-upgrade-kit?_pos=1&_sid=df91a3b38&_ss=r
We don't apply extra butyl in the headlight, the current sealing is enough the seal the headlight back together.
Perfect. When on sale ? What cost ? Maybe some comparison how the lamp shines at night combined with serial?

Why you don't show projectors light performance after final installation 😭😭😭
An error was made while editing the video. We will fix this.. Sorry!
damn that looks like alot of work. would like to see if its worth all the hassle
Usually, motorcycle owners do the retrofit in the winter season, so they have all the time they need :-). And yes, light output is improved a lot (and both sides low-and high beam). It's not the greatest shot, but you can see a comparison in this video; czcams.com/video/KmOC3VilhS0/video.html And the light output from the projectors has improved, so it is even better.
Amazing job, and the bike turn on ?
Thanks, yes, the bike did turn on :-)
Nice vid👍🏻 will it fit to Z900 2020?
Thanks, sorry can't find much info on the 2020 model...so can't tell for 100%
I would like one for my KTM 990 super duke
We don't have a kit for the 990 at the moment, sorry!
Where did you get the bracket? Do you make it or buy?
We have developed the brackets ourself ;)
@@Retrofitlab nice. Thanks for answering. By the way, do you ship to Brazil?
We ship worldwide, so yes we do :)
@@Retrofitlab great. What if I want to modify my headlight? Mine might need brackets so do I need to send you to make the modifications or should I show you the type of my headlight so you can tell me which I have to order?
@@MrAndyCarlos Yes, we do :-)
Can it be use on Z800?
The bracket is specifically designed for the Z900 and the Z800 headlight seems to be quite different, so it (probably) won't fit.
Do u ship to the USA?
Yes we do :)
can u tell me if its legal in germany?
The kit doesn't have an e-mark.
I think it is possible to get this legal on your bike, just look at Ridezones bike on instagram, his r6 got those Bi Xenon, idk from where but his is street legal
@@klausfish840 ok thanks
Haw can i order this do u guys selling it on ebay
This kit isn't available on Ebay, sorry!
Use led bro its 2020
Although it's 2020, based on light output and pattern, LED is definitely not always better than HID. Because there are other advantages we do use specially designed Bi-Led projectors in headlights. Like in this one; czcams.com/video/JdOx_-fr6G8/video.html
In this Z900 headlight we also had to take the size of the projector and shrouds into account (size because of the fan).
LED bulbs in projectors result in bad light output and bad light pattern.blog.retrofitlab.com/h1-led-versus-xenon-mini-h1-projector/
Why the fuck dont you guys ever show the lights working to see the beam patterns etc.
So annoying to watch retrofit without even seeing how they look.
And it's still funny how you dont show the aharon E-46r bi xenons to be able to fit into audi B8 when it's direct swap for the car.
You are 100% right! We will make sure to include some output shots in our upcoming videos..
