I'm pretty sure Goombah is a derogatory term for Italian people though.
That's why I'm confused, cause I was always told it was something you should avoid saying on TV and Mario was wrong to use it or something.
@@Jagger-Tyr_13 Italian Americans use it a lot, I believe it is more considered pejorative when non-Italian Americans call Italians/Italian Americans it in a derogatory way especially when trying to make some kind of reference to mafia (obviously I don't speak for Italian Americans, but you will see people call each other it as a term of endearment sort of)

Goombah[1] is a pejorative slang term for people of Italian descent, mainly in the United States, with several related connotations to the Mafia (either the Italian-American Mafia, the original Sicilian Mafia, or other Italian organized crime groups) or gangs of Italian or Italian-American origin.
I knew it was a derogatory term for Italian people, that's why I was confused that she said that.
I was like "😳 oh my god you can't say that!".
Clearly she read Goomba otherwise the scenario makes no sense.
I think if you have to choose between a bloody mary and a margarita to pour into your eyes, you can just choose the one you like better, because the eyes are gone either way.
