Pets are literally the best for when these negative emotions occur! You don't need to apologize, I love how raw and honest you are. It's really refreshing to see someone be real and human because we all are and this helps me (and I'm sure many others) feel less alone.

I feel like everyone copies each other on CZcams and TikTok. It’s hard to know who the original is anymore. People will watch your videos because you’re consistent and have great content!
I think we all draw inspiration from each other for sure- that's just how social media works but I mean there are people who I click on their channel and their video titles are copy paste same as me with the same emojis for multiple videos ans that is discouraging to me😅

Something that helped me with mental health was cutting out added sugar and white flour. Within a week I felt like a fog land lifted and my mood was so stable. Whenever I added sugar back in my diet, things felt darker and I would cry over the simplest things. I had no idea how my mood was effected by sugar. Not sure if it would help you at all but I’d thought I’d share what helped me. Hope things get better soon 💗

The cheapest one- just called 'Kindle'. I've had it since 2020 and the battery life is AMAZING on it! I highly recommend- I don't think it's worth splurging on one, they all do the same thing IMO!

There’s room for everyone. There’s a girl I follow that has been doing monthly and seasonal/quarterly resets since I think 2012…just uses a different name for it…and her following is pretty small so it must suck seeing CZcamsrs going big doing the same thing. I think she was the one who came up with the idea originally to be honest 🤷🏻♀️ I don’t agree with copying word for word though!

I have struggled with my anxiety depression and eating disorders since i was a child... I also struggle to know why i feel so so sad... when things are so good? I like this advice and relatability...I hope you can be kind to yourself you deserve it 🤍

I’m in the UK and we’ve gone back to midwinter too and it’s making me down too! I’m so much older than your target audience, but I love watching you deal with life’s curveballs.
