We spent the last few days exploring south florida lakes and canals in search of invasive species like the bullseye snakehead! These fish were introduced into Florida illegally two decades ago. They make excellent table fare, in addition to an amazing sportfish!

If they are invasive why are you releasing some?

  • @shephusted2714

the only bad thing is your are eating all the yard chemicals and pesticides when you eat these fish due to their surroundings

They're invasive but you put them back. Why?

  • @pauldeyoung1681

Obviously y'all never have had fresh walleye it in my opinion is the best freshwater fish for the table

  • @richardbernard6845

Due to a lack of controls, Florida has been overrun with invasive fish, reptiles, birds, and plants for so many years, decades, the old ecosystem has evolved and rebalanced itself into a new ecosystem. As well meaning as people may be, the state of Florida will never be able to put the genie back in the bottle and rid the state of its well established base of invasive species.

  • @rhinoreselling414

I hate that y’all released back

  • @BinhTran-mj4di

I like your videos. In Vietnam, you fished snakeheads with live baby ducklings. You tied a hook on the duckling foot and bam!! A snakehead will chase the duckling and swallows it. Frogs are fine , but they like baby duckling better.

  • @spencermorris8618

Going to south Florida this summer time, hoping to knock out some snakeheads with top water. Great video like always!

You will not find any freshwater bass in Europe and definately not in Britain / UK. The closest fish in habit and body shape to the Bass (here in the UK) is the Perch or 'Stripey' as you call it. Brilliant video, I would like a chance to catch one of those snakeheads. I bet they're good eating?

“They never bleed.” (Bass actively bleeding).

Victor is probably the best chef angler I know in YT - Genuinely kind couple ❤❤ Keep it up!

  • @edwardbranch3520

I truly enjoy watching you hike around the canals of south Florida fishing for Snakehead. I have never eaten one. After watching all your videos, I agree with you. “ there are no bad fish just bad cooks “

  • @cyndywald1634

Enjoyed watching two amazing fisherman do what they do best! Great tips. Nice seeing Tyler out there with you, love his vids at Suns Out Fishing! Snakehead, defining that you can't judge a fish by its cover! That peacock was gorgeous though LOL

I love watching your videos! Always informative about the fish you're catching and respectful of the catch too. Love your work taking out invasive species and I'm sure the local fauna appreciate it too!

  • @dannyvision730

When I was a kid there was a mulberrry tree overhanging a lake...when it started dropping Fruit the carp were easy pickins using a few berries as bait..

  • @renkelleher5264

I love your videos not only because you’re a local, but because you post and film videos that I wouldn’t normally see and I appreciate it.
