Carach Angren are storytellers. They started off as story-tellers and they still continue to be. It's so much more refreshening and enjoyable to listen.
Master storytellers, one of the few bands who standout in this obscure genre of music we hold close to us. I cannot wait until this album comes out,hopefully with a U.S. tour to go along with it.

You cannot say that this is bad, you dont know the whole story behind it and the story where it is a part of. And people say i dont like it, there is no paranormal shit. Maybe this song is an intro to a great story with paranormal shit, but you cant say that. Because we dont know the whole story yet. Just wait when the album comes out, Listen to all the songs in the right order, Then come back to say if you liked it or not.

The music video art style reminds me of Don’t Starve. It’s got a creepy vibe that fits the song perfectly. Especially for atmospheric black metal, since it really assists in setting the atmosphere of the song.
I don't think I've ever seen song lyrics as straightfoward and devoid of poetic devices as what these guys come up with. Surprisingly it seems to actually work for them though (the fact that the compositions are so awesome also helps).

The men head to stand and see. "Hinsehen!" How their women got raped so brutally. So hard... followed by an evil laugh. So rape, killing and violence is nothing new in Carach Angren's lyrics
