Joost asked the camerawoman several times not to film him when he went to the greenroom after his performance. She did not stop filming and he just made a gesture. He did not touch her. ESC should punnish the camerawoman instead of Joost.
And you forgot to mention that there was an agreement that he wouldn't be filmed at that time, she broke that agreement. He asked her several times to stop filming.
I think the gesture the reporter made in the beginning toward the person doing her hair might have been worse than the one Joost Klein allegedly made toward a photographer, for which he was disqualified.
I grew up from basically the start of Eurovision song contest and as a family we all watched it every year. However for over a decade or so now this 'Song' cometition has become a 'Political Farce' in the voting process. This 'Political Circus' should now be scrapped completely. Our world is sadly now far too volatile to continue with it...🇬🇧
Joost threatened a female production worker violently. Its confirmed on the news. It is not political. Just him bullying a female worker. He ruined it for Netherlands. What a shame

So what happened is that Joost was filmed after his act on Thursday. Was agreed up front that he wouldn’t be filmed, but it happened anyway. He reiterated that he didn’t want to be filmed. What got him disqualified is that he made a threatening gesture but didn’t get physical.
So far as I get the story, after repeating multiple times that he didn't want to be filmed after the performance (emotional part for him), the camerawoman kept filming him. One says that he made a gesture (threatening) towards the camera, other says he pushed the camera (mobile phone) down. Now he gets disqualified, why doesn't she get fired for harassing and NOT complying to requests from him!? This is BS to the max!
He made a threatening gesture towards a camera woman, who kept filming him after it was agreed he wouldn't be filmed and he asked her repeatedly to stop. This was right after his performance. This is an out of proportion punishment..
EBU should be more transparent what exactly happened. They just commented that the camerawomans' pov is really different than Joost version. But WHAT is different exactly? There are so many cameras, the camera of that woman should have recorded it clearly. Show us what is on it?? It shouldn 't be so difficult. And it could have been dealt with a lot faster. The Eurovision Songcontest has lost the meaning of uniting.
Joost asked not to be filmed after his performance because for him it was emotional. The lady kept filming him after he repeatedly asked not too and he pushed or made a move but nothing physically….Camera Karen spoiled everything for him. Sad, because it was a uplifting song sa😢
For being investigated for allegedly threatening a tv employee, so it hasn’t even been confirmed anything happened which is why the dutch broadcaster thinks the reaction is disproportionate
I wonder, the camerawoman actually started with unwanted intimidation by filming and who then already violated the rules of the EBU and was asked several times to stop filming by the artist. Was she the one while the EBU had already agreed that no one would be filmed after their performance for privacy reasons. In a later video (backstage) this happened again at Joost Klein by a male cameraman (He Joost why where u not on the stage) and again in the heavily secured hotel where no press is allowed inside by a lady with a camera Swedish reporter (before he gets into the elevator). This did not happen to the other artists because the EBU did not allow it, very strange. (no report was made by the camera woman, so why a police investigation). Very strange.

I saw that too idiocracy is upon us!!!
Netherlands is a big Ukraine supporter. why get exited about football? Getting wound up about small shit does not mean you ignore the rest. If Ukraine falls we are all in deep trouble.
#FREEJOOST!
@@yuval560
Then that is his own fault and he has let Netherlands down.
However I stand by all of what I put in my comment. It's about time this 'Politacal Bias' Farce was completely scrapped..it has been complete joke now for far too long!..🇬🇧🇬🇧
@@yuval560 But the incident was minor, according to Conrad Maas, who is the Dutch commentator.
So what happened is that Joost was filmed after his act on Thursday. Was agreed up front that he wouldn’t be filmed, but it happened anyway. He reiterated that he didn’t want to be filmed. What got him disqualified is that he made a threatening gesture but didn’t get physical.
Way out of proportion to DQ the Netherlands
The EBU has to take a serious look at itself.
Politics have been intergrated for many years now. That's why we stopt watching many years ago. Regards from the Netherlands.
Well makes you wonder , the comment on Israel from him then under 12 hours later he gets kicked out! Haha
Maroccanoil is an israeli sponsor, says enough!
Conclusion ..... not guilty yet , but already cancelled....
This is an out of proportion punishment..
politics has overtaken the music contest that claims themselves as "safe for everyone" & "free from politics".
excellent
Why?
@@lauens i mean it ironically
EBU should be more transparent what exactly happened. They just commented that the camerawomans' pov is really different than Joost version. But WHAT is different exactly? There are so many cameras, the camera of that woman should have recorded it clearly. Show us what is on it?? It shouldn 't be so difficult. And it could have been dealt with a lot faster. The Eurovision Songcontest has lost the meaning of uniting.
I'd love it if some countries were brave enough to award 12 points to ........the Netherlands!
Joost asked not to be filmed after his performance because for him it was emotional. The lady kept filming him after he repeatedly asked not too and he pushed or made a move but nothing physically….Camera Karen spoiled everything for him. Sad, because it was a uplifting song sa😢
apparently he didn't even touch her
why??
What is the reason for disqualification??
Didn't you listen
He beat a woman from his team.
For being investigated for allegedly threatening a tv employee, so it hasn’t even been confirmed anything happened which is why the dutch broadcaster thinks the reaction is disproportionate
@@songs-80sno???
@@songs-80saccording to the Swedish police he didn’t. There was no physical violence reported
CROWN THE WITCH! 👑
=] yeap!
😂
The witch is witching and throwing out favourites 🤣🤣
I wonder, the camerawoman actually started with unwanted
intimidation by filming and who then already violated the rules of the EBU and was asked several times to stop filming by the artist.
Why not simply admit that there is nothing yet to report about the why and continue with other news?
Koliko god ga pljuvali podrska Izraelu je najveca sramota Evrope i dokaz da nema pravde na ovom svetu.mozete koliko hocete ali ne dokle hocete.
I'm getting the word.....
Zero tolerance by EBU my asssssss……..The French singer has made a political statement today during his general repetition. He stopped singing for a while and talked about peace, no wat. Soooooo, where’s the zero tolerance policy now, EBU?
joost must sue that cameralady because he ask a lot of time not to film him because that was the deal after leaving the podium and she had lack on him.. nobody is hit or thought sow this disq is shit
Why the anchor didn't count down? Ahhaah
United by song my a$$
Here hitting the stylist away 😂😂😂 0:11
Why was he disqualified? You never said,
A Swedish photographer was filming him, which he did not want. He set his boundaries multiple times and kept telling her that he did not want to be filmed. After a while he made a ‘threatening gesture’, which was allegedly him pushing the camera downwards, so he did not hit nor touch her. This led to her reporting him.
He was violent to a female ????
They say treaths were made by him then again there are also sayings the person mockef his death parents. I wont judge till i know what happend
No he said something.
@@Linda-is6nr in the netherland we actually had a update. So turns out they had a arangemeny that he would not be filmed after he left the stage untill he was in the green room. The woman keeped filming him while heb told her to stop multiple times. So he made a treatning movement by turning her phone down so she couldnt film him
no, the female was violant to Joost
The EBU could have avoided this by forcing Israel to withdraw. A waring country cannot be 'pinkwashed' like this.
Another gaff by this BBC broadcaster while live on air. She was seen giving the finger to someone a couple of months ago. Well, it,s the BBC..Job security guaranteed 😅😅
#justiceforjoost
Мне безумно жаль,что представителя Нидерландов отсторонили от участия в Евровидении-24.Его выступление было великолепным.Я очень переживаю,что так все случилось.😢😢😢
it will not actually cuz CROATIA is winning and everyones hyped
The EBU have double standard, Israël can participate, Russia not, and now disqualification for Joost, so for the EBU you are guilty until you prove otherwise what a democratic organisation, please boycotte this mascarade
Israël is the biggest sponsor of the eurosongfestival... 🙃
@@Abby-vj2dk i know is all about money, power and politic, what is in full contradiction with what the EBU said about not politic statement, pure hypocrisie,

No woman should be threatened. Even when u r almighty Joost.
Enough with allowing violence against women. He ruined it for Netherlands

I think this will go down as the worst Eurovision ever
Reminds me of Johnny Depp and Amber.....
It's always about politics and money
If there is enough of an incident for the Swedish police to prepare a report for the Swedish prosecutors, something has obviously happened that warrants this. Another example of victim blaming.
Sweden must be an extremely safe country for the authorities to investigate hand gestures.😂
Sing europapa between every act tonight!
I have a hunch that Rubels were involved to frame the song. Say a sour borsjtsj taste.
Why are you wearing green at a time that is to be free of politics?
OMG sounds like the Dutch entry may have committed a serious crime like miss gendering someone 🤔😂
This one my fav song as well as the one from Armenia IN GUTTED #freejoost
Eurovision for fans became euro-pa-pa 🤗
We have to react very come we don't know all the details start choosing anyone if he was a violent or not we're going to find out nothing stay secret that's why we have to be very calm from our opinion what we say
Why was he disqualified? It’s not that I complain (that singer is repulsive expressing his love for the russians) but I’m still curious to know the real reasons.
Why should we hate Russians? Russians are just people with a psychopath leader, like all countries have these days.
A Swedish photographer was filming him, which he did not want. He set his boundaries multiple times and kept telling her that he did not want to be filmed.
