I think the “school” in the sewers is a teaching place for cultists who have TIO inside their head as well. What’s interesting though is that although all the other chairs are rusty the “new” one is wooden which doesn’t rust. That means it could be just as old as the others. Or maybe MiniToons was like: What if I made this chair a different texture, people would go crazy over it.
I think that Zee has TIO in her head and maybe after learning what the school was about, she pulled up a chair.

Actually, they're memories from prior to the infection, save for Tigry's corner. If they were all present day, explain how Willow's home is still standing. She burned it to the ground, remember? And why would they all be on photos? Also, wouldn't Zizzy be in her room when the camera pans there?

Theory: around the 6:00 mark. Budgey probably took TIOs offer for her crew and now her ship is possessed.
For #9, Zizzy likely lost her sword during the trip back from the Outpost to The Safe Place
About the post-credits cutscene in B2, I'm pretty sure this theory is disproven by "the arm and portal thing in Distraction" but the eyes of insolence are how TIO reaches what's going on in the real world. Proof would be that the first time Pony (or any of the characters in general) start talking about whispers and voices in B2 is the Safe Place, which is when the first eye of insolence appears. Perhaps the "distorted walls/doors" are what it looks like on the other side of the eyes? If this IS true then there must be an eye of insolence in Kona's lab.

I like to think that the hands that grab Zizzy are to contain her so they can give her the cure. The last scene in Chapter 12 is probably the aftermath where Zizzy was cured.
the SI may mean signal, as said in the opening scene for chapter 11, Zizzy or pony says "This is the place where the signals came from." Implying that there was signals. Hence we also know more signals from book 2 chapter 2 when you meet willow and the T.S.P members, that was a signal too. The SI could something else, now here's a wild theory. It could mean sisters, as the sister who doesn't speak- can't Remember their name- never speaks. could be linked to the insolence all along

4 days later sewers, we escape the jail and fight willow in factory, later we walk to the port then the ship then the docks, after docks we go to temple and camp and lab

Mr stitchy is apart of the insolence. And he's a old skin, but he can attack and trap and he can go to the real world and not be seen, he could be the one?
Theory For Kreek: Zizzy did not bring the sword because she had to carry the batteries. When she got taken away by TSP, (with no sword) she wasn’t able to defend herself for much longer.
I have a theory: the note that says “DONT TRUST THE SI” I think means “Sister” or “Sisters” because Zee is known for not talking, but maybe she can’t talk because she’s infected and his hiding the fact that she is, and we know that the infected can’t talk because Zizzy mentions that when you beat chapter 8 book 1.

What if the “don’t trust the st” is talking about Mrs stitchy because when he was infected when he was still a teddy bear, he would be biting people in their sleep and would turn them infected
I think it says “Don’t Trust The Silver Paw” because they tricked us and kidnapped Zizzy and that’s the main reason Book 2 happened. We were getting the cure to only save Zizzy.

3:06 This is a VERY late theory however I think the Wandering Traveler could have trapped them. They were seen near the refinery in Intercity which was one of TSP's bases so this could be hinting on them being behind it all.
SI could be another code we need to decode. Like TSP, we thought of the super potato or Tiger Sheep Pig, and it was Wilber paw. This could be something like that

The refinery may not have been destroyed due to it still being there in intercity
Theory: We know that both Zee and Zuzy have swords with them. I'm assuming one of the sisters took Zizzy's sword and another one took the sword from Winter Holiday.

If you look at the chapter 12 book 2 ending it shows that Budgey already lost her hand before the crew got infected
i still think that the note could have said "DONT TRUST THE SILVER PAW" because the note size wouldn't really matter if the person just wrote smaller, and the note size is not visible from the view you get of it when you're actually playing it so i don't think the note size is canon, and im guessing the silver paw will betray us in intercity
Probably wrong but theory
William found Daisy and tried to find Willow again, but the alligator ( I forgot his name :c ) infected Daisy , and Daisy brought William to the place where you get the cure told William to run and escape the gator while Daisy struggled but still fought of the gator so William could escape , William escaped in a helicopter, but knowing William was probably like 8 or 7 maybe even 9…. He can’t drive a helicopter and then he accidentally crashed it into Piggy . Feeling a bit relieved it was an infected, he ran off a bit hurt from the crash but that didn’t stop him. And since Piggy got hit by a literal helicopter that would make her Memory . So Memory wanted revenge and would wait until William slept ( just like what happened to Georgie ) and brought him into the house with Memory in it. William most likely never made it out as he was just a kid with barley and survival experiences since Willow usually brought him food which would lead William barley knowing anything on how to survive and uhhmmm yea .

Edit : maybe William actually somehow survived and found a sword and found it as a weapon to survive.. couldn’t be Zizzy’s or anything and went back for Daisy and saw her infected and then stabbed her , for no reason . Theory: Remember how TIO said that he wonders if zee will end up as the same place as he is? Well, maybe, the after-credits scene takes place in the far future where Zee has become just like TIO. The scene describes what she wished would've happened in the past and she imagines it to cope with her pain which is corrupting her. Player never survived. Player's story ended there. The group couldn't survive much longer as it was mostly player who was helping them survive. That's why Zee imagined that.

This is old, but I believe the "Don't trust the signal" theory. Practically the entire plot of book 2 started from the radio signal, and because they followed the message, zizzy got infected, pony got infected, and the rest of the chaos.
Did everyone forget that Mr. Stitchy can cross realms. He can be in the real world or in the mind.
