    Watching this immediately, Hank and Tony are my favorite Tractor tubers, I have a TYM T474C and am very biased towards the TYM channels, we're slowly converting the green team, we just got Brock at Rockhill farms.

    Tony, once you hook up the grapple and any other implement mark the implement with white paint where your hook ups pads would go into. just a clean white line where you can see where your loader glides into. this way it's a lot easier to guide your loader into the slots. I have 574 cab and it's easier this way . From the west coast of Tennessee.

    Just a personal opinion, but the tree saw is not as efficient as actually pulling the stump, great for removing smaller trees in a grove, then going back and removing the stumps.

    • @TonysTractorAdventure
      @TonysTractorAdventure  Před 3 měsíci

      I love it. It has quickly became my favorite attachment. I had rather not dig holes disturbing the ground. It takes so long to get it back level. It always settles and you have to bring more dirt in.

    Man that tree saw on an open station tractor....it was nerve wracking enough using an excavator with a full cage on it felling trees. Be careful folks.

    • @TonysTractorAdventure
      @TonysTractorAdventure  Před 4 dny

      Warning! A closed station tractor only gives you the illusion of protection. If a tree falls on it while you're in it, it will crush around you. Glass will explode in your face. No factory tractor cab is rated for forestry work.

    I think Hank has the secret down pat for loaning of equipment. I remember he had an episode a year or more ago, when he loaned his Skidsteer ... in exchange for the loan of a mini-excavator.
    You know the person knows the value and maintenance involved, and you have collateral in the form of their equipment. Hank then proceeded nearly sink the dudes mini-ex in a swamp ... Oopsy!

    For the money of the tree saw, you could get a top of the line chainsaw, without the hassel of maneuvering. Grapple and mulcher are awesome plus a wood chipper and your golden, way quicker and safer with chainsaw than tree saw

    • @TonysTractorAdventure
      @TonysTractorAdventure  Před 4 měsíci

      I totally disagree with the tree saw. I have ran both products, the tree saw and a top line chainsaw. Tree saw for the win! You just have to use it the way it was designed.

    I don’t like the tree saw. Too many ways for trees or brush to fall wrong, especially on the operator. I am very familiar with trying to connect a grapple. Stand up and hold your breath. The more time you have the less time it takes. 😊

    • @TonysTractorAdventure
      @TonysTractorAdventure  Před 4 měsíci

      I have gravitated toward the tree saw. IMO, it is plenty safe as long as you think it threw. Kind of like a chainsaw. I think it safer than a chainsaw.
