- Camp Oven Scones, they are so easy anyone can make them... well almost anyone. Either way they are a simple dessert that everyone will enjoy while our camping and touring.

This guy does everything! And he always looks so happy doing it.
We all love Scones ! Thanks for posting.
Just tried this exact recipe and it was a success! It's now going to be a staple on each trip. Thanks mate!
I love your videos man I hope you come back and do some more!
My camp oven is on its way. Christmas present from me to myself.
Great job Michael - they look fantastic!
The man is a legend!
I love scones. My grandmother used to make them with raisins in them.
So many different recipes, cheddar and thyme, cranberry orange, blueberry.
You have to be an Old Soul, liking the simple things like scones and an evening tea.
found your videos last night mate, loving your content and personality. keep up the great work and keep the videos coming.

"...so at this point, you prolly want to make sure yer hands are clean." There is a certain zen in these videos.
The secret to the perfect scone is, don't over work it 😉 light minimal mixing, try not to compress it in any way... 👌👍
love it
Big complaint about your videos.... I can only press like once !
Have an extra couple of scones for us mate, thanks for the vids, enjoy yourselves and stay safe out there.
That is a good recipe for a pizza base as well

Michael, I have just skimmed through your videos to see if you made one on your very interesting looking back part ( the hub?) 4WD but to no avail. Have you one in disguise? Secondly, I would very much appreciate a bit of a discription of the camp area. This place looked a bit of a comment's worth. Enjoy.
Think I'd do scones instead of damper for jam and cream. Then damper for savoury
Good stuff. Were you at a campsite or was that just a day use area? Looks like a good spot.

add a bit of lemonade to the scone mix and they will rise more - enjoy
Hey Michael, camp on a Saturday night at Willowbrook farm (Gingin) and have a crack at the scones they make for Sunday morning campers... ?Best in the west
Creamy soda...
What area are you camping
"Scons"
We call those "biscuits" here in Texas U.S.A. Food just tastes better outdoors.
What do use call biscuits then ? Biscuits to us are jatz ,vita wheat ,tim tams ,arnots shapes , you prob dont know any of those biscuits , we call biscuits as in eating a cheeseboard with biscuits dip and redwine ect ,as in like a antipasto platter
UK v US
Biscuits v Crackers
Scones v Biscuits
@@mattlewandowski73 Let's add some confusion. The US and Canada also have scones (pronounced sk-OH-ns or sk-OH-nz), which are really just bourgie biscuits.
@@randomstuff5338 What Australians call biscuits are cookies in America. Aussie and UK scones are American biscuits and American scones are triangular shaped and similar to our rock cakes.
Whipping cream??? Try some Dollop brother
It's a shame he is off his channel.
I love your videos! do you have an instagram?
@@SeekAdventure I understand! Do you use snapchat? I'd love to talk :)
Wonder what the rich people are doing lol 😂
You should always pre heat the camp oven, no matter what your cooking
