- Inch Abbey is a large, ruined monastic site 3/4 mile north-west of Downpatrick, County Down, Northern Ireland, on the north bank of the River Quoile in a hollow between two drumlins and featuring early Gothic architecture.
Down Cathedral, the Cathedral Church of the Holy and Undivided Trinity, is a Church of Ireland cathedral located in the town of Downpatrick in Northern Ireland. It stands on Cathedral Hill overlooking the town.

My Grandfather is buried at Inch Abbey.
What was his name? I am part of the Headstone community "Find a grave . com " if you would like i could go to downpatrick , find and photograph the headstone and grave for you? Regards. Christopher.
@@SirMrShanks William John Seay. There is a World War I plaque with his name on it plus his grave. My Grandfather was a police officer in the area and other parts of Northern Ireland. My Mom was Caroline Beatrice Seay “Bea” to the family and some called her “Carol”. Mom was a Warbride.
My mother said that you enter the cemetery and go towards the right. He is buried with my Great Grandparents.
