How to Change Humidifier Pad in Bryant HVAC

My new house has an HVAC system, and I later learned that this comes with a humidifier. It didn't work at first -- completely bare humidifier pad. Also I probably should've mentioned this - but I also had a problem with the self-piercing saddle valve. Whoever installed it didn't quite pierce the pipe all the way (or maybe it got clogged with gunga over time). But all I had to do was tighten/untighten and re-tighten the handle on that valve, and it wound up piercing the pipe sufficiently - which created water flow.

I have a humidifier like that but a different brand. The pad is just as gross. Sadly I get mold issues on exterior bedroom walls, probably because of high humidity and poor insulation.

Oh man, it sounds like you need a dehumidifier instead lol
