Impressive. Nicely explained and presented Bill. Thank you.
182👍's up thanks again for taking us all along with you for the great engine
Beast 👑💪🏼🏁
Now twin turbo that bad Dawg !!
Can a person build a 1000 horse engine for a sprint car
NICE.
"as simple as this looks" shows process of how to build small nuclear powerplant.
Hey Bro...I been playing around with some race motors since the 70s and used to stop in Bobby Ingels Ex Pro stock Champ shop to see what magic motors he was building and I don't think I ever seen a Gaggin pin before what is that ?
gudgeon pin is another term for the piston pin or wrist pin
there's no replacement for displacement lol
All 13 odd litres of it
but the negative pressure shouldnt affect the engine performance since there is always a counter movement i.e when one piston is moving in the other is moving out so there is no volume displacement? inside the crankcase i mean
The negative pressure is good
Daniel yes you have cylinder to cylinder interactions in the crankcase unless architecture dictates otherwise. The below atmospheric pressure aids in oil not being so much in suspension which is particularly useful with large stroke applications (windage) and rings seating on the lands better.
What's the bore and stroke?
what is the compression ratio
@Bob Watters really
@Bob Watters 15 x 1 compression
Sorry bud, you are so behind the curve . 20 years behind! Don’t lie. 54 degree is is so 1996! My 784 make close to 1600 Na. Three bond!! Yama bond or motoseal! Lol
Apd
0.04 HP/CID difference certainly could be between dynos. Outside of the track it gets hard to distinguish differences from one shop to the other in respect to power figures.
1500 hp easier on parts.👍🏻
All that noise and barley 1500HP.
Really?

Yes,
I’m not trying to be rude but it’s 2019.
And you don’t have to make a V8 a 12litre engine.
I understand it’s for the drag strip but there are more options than stroking the day lights out of a V8.
What would u do better
@@carnation7988 probably vetec and a turbo,Yo.
colin munro u do realise that’s NA
