Breach of contract law is designed to punish the victim as much as possible. You can't pay a lawyer when you have no money. And you can't represent your in court when your working to pay debts caused buy the breach of contract. Because a day off work would mean none pay me t off debts.

Is it true that in order for a contract to be enforceable, it must be signed by both parties?
