Shawls is one of my favorite things to crochet. I gifted 5 to a local nursing home last December. Love your tutorials ❤️
That is awesome!
Beautiful! Love simple shawls and beautiful yarns.
Me too!!
Thank you for this pattern 💗 I make prayer shawls for our senior centers here & I'm trying to make then unique for each lovely lady. I love using Latte Cakes for an extra touch of comfort. I've also used the skinny cakes and cotton cakes for some shawls too. Lots of love and yarny hugs 💗
That is absolutely wonderful. I am glad the pattern helped.
LOVE the ch2 start, the "usual" ch3 acting as your 1st double crochet leaves holes plus trying to make a st at the top of the ch3 is not pretty….thanks for this great option, looks sooo much nicer
I am glad it helped.
Very pretty. Looks complicated but doesn’t appear so in your teaching. Thank you.
You’re welcome 😊 I like to make projects that are easier than they look.
I love this. I love mandala because it's accessible as well as HL yarns.
Wonderful
Lovely! Thank you very much for the tutorial, I am so happy I finally found the perfect pattern for my yarn. I tried about 10 patterns and was not at all happy with them. This is the best❤❤❤
Glad it helped!
You are the best teacher on you tube and so easy follow. I love lightweight 3 yarn the best. Caron skinny cakes and mandala 3 yarn. I'm making shawl now. Always ready for next tutorial. Love you girl
Thank you so much! I will try to use more size 3 yarn as spring and summer come around.
Thank you so much for your lovely sound and that easy tutorial, i'm already making that sweet shawl for my mom and i think she'll love it so much 💕💕💕

Glad you like them!
Beautiful
Thank you
It's lovely thank you
You’re welcome 😊
Very beautiful shawl. Your directions are so easy to understand. Shawls are much easier to do unlike ponchos. I get hung up on doing the edges and connecting them. Thank you very much!
You are so welcome!
I love to use Skinny Cales. So much yardage. I also love the Latte Cakez and Lion Brand's Mandala Cakes in Bany Cakes.
The word shawl ends in L, and the letter is pronounced.
The Latte cakes have such a fun texture!!
@@WindingRoadCrochet I know. I am making a lap robe at ghe moment. It's the absolute softest.
@MaryHoge Bless your heart. It's spelled "Cakes" dear.
@@seboyaprimera3785 oops - typos happen a lot when I'm using my phone and not my computer. Sorry. I also notice that I hit the g instead of the t when typing "the" in the next reply. My apologies for being clumsy and not catching it before I sent the reply.
Beautiful would this work as a hoodie / cowl?
The stitch is worked in rows, so as long as you work the hooded cowl in rows or joined rows the stitch pattern should work.
nice 😍💯👍
Thanks ✌
❤schema dello scialle Grazie
You are welcome.
Can I use a magic ring
Yes you could. It might make the triangle a little 'v' shaped but it should all block out.
@@WindingRoadCrochet ok thank you
Can you use the mandala yarn
Yes. I am not sure if it will require more than one skein, but it is the same size (weight 3) yarn.
Could you put a boarder around the edge of the shawl?
Yes.
How can you make this into a poncho please
It depends what type of poncho you are trying to make. You could work the 2 row repeat as a rectangle and make a poncho like this one pretty easily. czcams.com/video/ghKpK8g9Ckg/video.html
@@WindingRoadCrochet I would like to try it in a 4 point poncho
At 8:30 she says half double FP crochet, messed me up.
It is easy to get tongue tied.
@@WindingRoadCrochet I'm glad I only had to frog about half that row, lol 😂
