- What if Beerus's brother Champa was bored of being in charge of Universe 6, what if he gave that job to Hit? Could he be a better candidate for the role with Vados?
Now I bet you're thinking this story is something that we would normally do for an April Fool what if, that you could never see it happening; like with our Caulifla being Goku's daughter schtick...but not so with this one; this one has some very shapely and well-defined legs, you'll see why in a moment. In any case, it's been a hot while since we've done some sort of shorter format of narrative on this channel; the last one being Freeza becoming the destroyer of Universe 9; and this plot has a similar theme to it; a pretty interesting idea caught our attention from the comments of our previous videos and the user Keith Cole. Let's do some speculative Universe 6 storytelling, since the main series isn't willing to do it anytime soon...so with that, let's set the scene and see why Hit could become Champa's replacement as the GoD of Universe 6. It is Age 780 (and since Universes 7 and 6 are twins, we assume that they use the same or a similar calendar to one another...we're going to do that anyway for the sake of simplicity and to make things easier to understand for us and you) and also, the Tournament of Power has just ended. Another chance to see Hit vs Goku?

Kinda like when jotaro copied dio's time stop in part 3, hit could just copy her time powers.

Hit makes sense as the next G.O.D. since he's over 1,000 years old and apparently knows Universe 6 pretty well. His goal in the Universe 6 vs. 7 arc was to get the 'chariot of the gods cube' to travel to other universes. Must've meant that he felt bored with Universe 6 and wanted to see what else was out there.
Utilizing his skill, talents, honor code and experience with the universe makes a lot of sense to me!
This is hands down one of the best small what ifs I think you've ever done just because of how well it fits into Hits character, as well as just feeling on par with the kind of writing I would expect out of the show

I just randomly thought of the coolest thing, can you imagine Freeza, Frost or even Hit using the death beam of Hakai energy. A thin energy beam through the chest and then you just start disintegrating from the wound outward. Freaking badass

- Kale would be a candidate through power alone… but she’s to “soft”…
- Caulifla would interested in Ultra Ego/Instinct but not in the job it’s self.
- Cabba similar to Kale, though he’d get why the job important but wouldn’t be able go through with Hakaing anyone or anything.
- Hit… no money. Not interested.
- Megetta similar to Caulifla, but it’d be to get Revenge on Vegeta.
- The other’s don’t really seem the type…

@@kingced741 That probably has less to do with Champa and more to do with them not having people like Frieza and Buu blowing up planets for the hell of it. And I wouldn't be shocked if their Supreme Kai is better than U7's. Mind you, it does beg the question as to what the GoD's actually do if one who likely is as bad if not worse at the job than Beerus can have such successful universes.

I think that majin boo was a prototype destroyer and artificial being created by the gods to act as a destroyer but considering he was an unrelenting force of pure destruction and chaos and was eventually controlled by an evil wizard they decided yeah let’s have a mortal who can think rationally be in charge of destroying stuff

This is a beautiful story...I really hated how the anime and manga glossed over the fact that the gods who were shown to not really care about flaunting their own power and status to the mere mortals to get what they want were now the ants under the boot of the Zenos and Grand Priest.
I REALLY wish we got to see the impact of them being erased and brought back like that! Realizing they were nothing but toys and pawns of the even higher gods had to impact them in some way. It's essentially like The Blip in the MCU. I always love when Phase 4 showed how it affected those who were left behind and those who came back five years later.
I know DB doesn't always tackle heavy subjects like this, but the T.O.P. aftermath should've been more impactful. Maybe the gods decide to work WITH the mortals instead of just ruling over them. Seeing that Universe 7, a low-ranking universe that had exceptional fighters with the Saiyans being trained by their gods come out on top might've inspired them to do more. An earlier example of gods realizing they need to be more involved in their universe was the Goku Black Arc to avoid corruption like Zamasu...
That's why Super Dragon Ball Heroes character Hearts stood out to me because he wanted to erase the hierarchy of the gods who treat their own creations like toys and toss them out when they are tired of them...

You should totally make an anthology series for the different universes, @MasakoX. I think people would really like to hear more stories based off of this concept of characters taking over as Gods of destruction such as what if Jiren actually accepted the offer to become U11’s God of Destruction, or what if Bergamo replaced Sidra (which seems like a pretty popular topic for U9 in general, bc let’s face it, Roh and Sidra are a major reason why U9 became a garbage dump of a universe.)
What if Guru and Kami swapped places. What if the nameless namekian and the grand elder had swapped places. If guru was the guardian of earth, Nail as a suto guardian angel or God in training, and Lord Slug as the demon king. Kami and Piccolo as the elders of their respective namekian types (Kami of the dragon clan, and Piccolo senior of the warrior clan). Once we get to the namek saga, we can have a civil war between the dragon clan and warrior clan.
Original Namek would probably still be around. The Nameless Namekian is said to have been *leagues* stronger than Frieza.

I love the idea that Hit is becoming a God of Destruction, I wonder if Hit will train the saiyan's like Beerus does for his universe. Hit remembering how he felt fighting against Goku could be the same for Caulifla or Cabba, hell even Kale. Hit seeing something in them like he did with Goku. More to that, you have more ground of creative to build upon with this story, you can make a whole new arc, a new enemy with the saiyans and Hit himself. I'm very much hyped for this what if honestly! So many things to think about.
Finally hit getting a what if
An interesting What If could be "What if Hit won the U6vsU7 tournament?" That means that the rest of the series would take place in U6.

Hit is well above the second most powerful mortal of U6. With Champa being so slothful, Hit could easily be its ruler unless we know of an unknown player in U6... canonized Lord Slug?

Cause granolah isn't really used to using hakai and is more familiar with sniping and gas didn't want to use his wish powers for most of the fight, plus he's more of a brute force fighter.

Hit would be the perfect GoD.
He's fast, efficient, impartial, he's one of the strongest in universe 6 and has tons of potential which could make him jiren level with vados training, he's serious and doesn't whine or is lazy like champa, which I'm sure vados would appreciate, especially since they'd seem like could get along well, since she wouldn't need to monitor his health, and his time skip which was improved from 0.1 to 0.5 seconds within a battle with goku could become even better when training with someone as experienced and strong as vado, meaning he could likely improve it to 10 seconds and perform a time stop even better than guldo's, ore even erase time by combining it with hakai.
Plus, imagine destroyer form hit.
But what happens if you skip time during stopped time? Asking for the Joestar bloodline.

Yamcha may not be the strongest fighter but the precision he shows in his techniques both physical with the wolf fang first and projectile with the spirit ball Emphasize hitting his opponent in their weak spot with a well aimed attack rather than pure power

Hey masako, this is genuinely extraordinary storytelling and poetic use of the aftermath of the ToP in other universes. I would love if you did more of these short, poetic stories, especially on more underused and overlooked characters like Champa and Hit.
I honestly was so disappointed with hit's performance in the ToP.
Legit they forgot about his ability to adapt while fighting and couple that with vados training, he could get to goku and vegeta level easy.

Champa's shame at not being that good of a GoD when compared to the other ToP universes is the saddest thing I've heard today.
I think this what if has the potential to be something not only great, but that can also happen in canon. I can't wait to see where it'll go next
I hope Beerus will let Champa live with him on his world, or at least go with Champa back to their home world to see the change back from GoD to mortal, so at least Champa will have someone to remember.

I'd like to suggest a what if involving Tarble (Vegeta's brother) by some chance ending up on earth with Goku and growing up with him.
I'd like to imagine the two would form brotherly bond and maybe though Goku asking or begging him or through other means train with him and get stronger together.
It just sounds like a wholesome what if to me that the rejected sprog of King Vegeta finding companionship with the low class saiyan.
"What If GT happened immediately after Buu Saga but before Super and Kid Goten was the main character instead of Kid Goku?" Also make Golden Oozaru and Super Saiyan 4 Goten's original personal transformation line.

If there’s one thing that frustrates me more than anything else about the dragon ball franchise it’s the underutilization of the character android eight who though a pacifist should want to help should he be aware of threats like Dr. Gero his own father and cell his time traveling sibling He may not be able to help much in the fighting department but being a completely synthetic being with no energy to sense Could give him a stealth advantage and having him try and talk things out with his family first before violence happens could enrich the story Granting further character development not only for android himself but for his father and siblings

An in a previous video freeza became the god of destruction for universe 9 (an would probably jump at the opportunity to leave universe 7 and never have to deal with Beerus, goku, or vegeta ever again.) An just like how there was no rule saying that they couldn't recruit outside of there own universe's.

What if idea: what if during the fusion of piccolo and kami, kami remained the dominant personality- would that make him a strong fighter with the power to use the dragon balls...or would that more or less make him still the same...or maybe he'd take up a more kinder personality.
