One hint for new players, don't increase the rarity of your players before they reach level 30. Normal players' level increase a lot faster than Top players or others so it's best to grind online even if you get smashed you'll exp and get spirits, then you can increase rarity

Wish I learned this sooner cause my main team is advanced rank or higher, so the level grind is gonna suck…
@@GameMaster-sh7tr it does, my Inazuma All-Stars team is literally all top player rank (gold) and my national champs team is mostly advanced with 5 top players
Takes about 12 matches to level someone up from lvl 20 with Inazuma All-stars

I figured the meta out prior to the release XD - my forwards on the team I built were(left to right) Hakuryuu, Zanark and Fubuki(basically the ones you listed as the "meta team")
Zanark is kinda busted. The other forwards have a decent keeper to check them (if I see someone play Shawn/Bailong I pivot to Darren in the second half), but there are no Air element keepers to give Zanark a disadvantage. Which sucks because Terry Archibald wouldve filled that role perfectly, but Galaxy has been sidelined from the beta altogether. They even could've put Nero in as a reserve keeper for Alius Masters. Too bad...
Clear is wind and has wormhole so that might be an option.

1:47 To answer this, you can shot chain more than once but the way it works is that if you want to pass the shot to another player you have to use a hissatsu. So if I used Disaster Strike with Zanark, I have to use Dragon Drive on Bialong to pass it to Shawn so he can use Legendary Wolf. This works as long as you have enough tension
Can you get a quadruple chain? So: Shawn >Bailong >Riccardo >Heath

I've read through all the passives and there are some interesting archetypes like breach boost and bond-power boost
So once you've given up touching grass i would love some vids using those types of teams
Also, anti-foul sprinting which should just enable you to run through the defenses
Everyone use long pass to the penalty area and then shooot and goal ! They need to fix this ! Every online match was like that 😂! And there is also a bug if you pass a long ball to your striker which you can't defend then he just shot normal ( no power shot) in the left or right corner , it depends on where your goalkeeper stands then it's always a goal even with 100% KP ! Welcome to the online world where humans can't play fair without that shit !
Online always has tryhards who will use bugs to win unfortunately
I wouldn't call that a bug, it's more skill than bug - if you press the Zone key, everything's alright
@@georgikostadinov4653 How is that a skill? If someone just press long pass from everywhere and you can't defend it! Do you mean pressing X to activate the zone? Because it always activate without pressing it if you defend . But then you still can't do anything about it, because the long pass just pass through the whole defender ( there is no offside) and then they can drink a hot chocolate and shot without or with power. And how is that a skill? Everyone can do that it's very easy but I prefer to play fair. And it's really not a skill to shot left or right corner and it's always a goal even if the goalkeeper has 100% KP. They need to fix that. I prefer to play fair and for fun. I also don't use meta characters. Just who I really like in the Anime. 99% online matches always the same player. That's ok they can do that. Just a example how crazy people try to win online. I'm sure 90% don't really like some of the character but they use them, because their are meta. But with meta character I have no problem. Only the long pass and bug goal sucks

Yeah if you try to get goals by getting into the penalty area and press the pass button, you're a waste of life. I will instantly disconnect unless I still have a significant chance at winning the match. I'm not sorry.
I have several questions the tutorial failed to explain. 1st off, this has been driving me nuts, what are those water drops at the top?
i already chain shot 3 hissatsu with one direct shot it is very powerfull even more if you can pass the defense so the power dosen't get lowered
also when you're defending on that focus thingy, move your character backward - it gives you more time to react

It’s a good thing we’re having a beta, because some of these „techniques“ are flat-out exploits, that’ll hopefully get patched.
I also found that breaches trigger too often. Even if you stack breach buffs; scoring with a normal shot, when the keeper is at full KP and 0 exhaustion should absolutely not happen.

This is a strategy game disguised as a football game, combine skills that go well together, think of a plan. Get Tension building players, like Goldie, Tension is your main resource in the game, the one who manages Tension the best usually wins.

do you have any tips for focus duels as the defender? I dont understand it at all, sometimes i get it by pressing b when the player is touching those streched out hands, but most of the time they just get past me, even if i press b and the character models are basically inside of each other.

apparently in the full version there will be more customization for the players' moves and passives, but in this beta version its all fixed (and only 2 moves)

I have found a way to score cheap goals, basically I have a formation with really forward wing players, I pass to those (who are usually almost at the end of the field), activate zone and then attract all the defenders with a fast chain of passes until I either have a mostly open goal or no defenders to weaken the shot, and this either scores a direct goal (unless the keeper uses a technique) or since it's a direct shot with no defenders it really shreds the keepers energy
What are the tear drop looking things under the KP bar?
I suppose it's how many times the bar can be restored (when it ends, a drop is lost, so maybe if you lose them all the keeper has to be replaced? Idk)
its fatigue points? for the gk
basically it counts each time the gk saved a shot and the gk receives more kp damage from saving with each additional teardrop
