Well, i beated first game twice, on keyboard and with xbox gamepad. Both times was super painful and frustrating AF
not only was she created by a woman but her character everything about it is proper for a witch, a witch's power was in her hair, to cut it would sever their power, so they had long hair, and they had witch guns, those are real things lol. So everything about her is right. even down to the fact she has a mole that was the devil's mark.

About Nintendo and family friendliness, when Platinum Games was designing the Nintendo themed costumes for Bayonetta 2 and the Wii U port of Bayo one, they were originally gonna add pants to the Link costume out of respect for Nintendo but it was Nintendo's idea to forgo the pants

Hoodi The reason for that is, (no joke, look this up), nobody else would take the project. Then all of a sudden one day Nintendo was just like, “we’ll do it”. Hell… (I can’t remember if the video mentions this or not, but if it does, I guess you’re reading it again), they did a fucking Playboy advertisement for this game for god sake. And normally Nintendo doesn’t do stuff like that. If that doesn’t say something, I don’t know what does. and when it came to platinum being worried about Nintendo trying to strip her down, (ha ha, strip), nope. In fact, Nintendo wanted her more sexualized.

I think my favorite thing about this game is the fact that you can attach a chain chomp to your ankle as part of you feet weapons. It attacks nearby enemies on its own, it barks and bounces toward the direction of chests nearby, it deals massive damage and throws freaking sticky bombs at enemies! The only downside is it's slow to attack, but so worth it.

Actually, torture attacks are pretty useful if you're looking to expand on your combo points. They only finish one angel (or demon) at a time, higher the multiplier quickly, and you'll get extra combo points for finishing off low health enemies.
