If tenants don’t pay, and takes a full year to get hearing from Tenancy Board, the best solution while waiting is have the Board pay rent to the landlord, then collect from the tenants…. I’m sure that’ll get the Board to speed up hearing…

I do wonder why it’s so backed up and why there are that many disputes that need resolution. Perhaps we need to look into the causes than go after the ruling body.
