Great info on wood size and sag but the question wasn't answered. Assuming the person is using the correct wood size, what is the correct amount of skylift's. For example, I have an L shaped roof line as and want to extend the patio. I plan to build a pergola using your hardware. Dimensions are 32ftx along the base of the house and extend 16ft out. I assume 4 would be good but one customers picture had 9. Looking forward to your answer. Thanks.

So far what I see is poor customer service since they don’t even bother to respond to questions posted on here. Their drawing on the poster to the right would appear to show 2x6’s spanning well over 16’. Then the have 2 gussets attached to what going back towards the roof rafters? Why? What are those doing?

I have Patio to cover floor size of 14ft long (along house bottom) x7ft wide (wall to lawn).*Can you advice me if I can use 4x14 Beam to cover span of 14 ft long patio floor?. If so how many numbers of Skylift Risers do I need for span of 14 ft length?* Kindly advice me please
