- This is a real final battle, unlike Into the Fire. Koshi Castle has been upgraded from WO1/2 and is freaking huge now. Orochi's forces are all over the place and you have to break sacred orbs scattered across the map before you can reach Orochi, who is defended by Kiyomori, Gyuki, and Dodomeki. Susano'o also shows up as reinforcements as a third force. Fighting Orochi himself is a bit disappointing though, as he doesn't put up much a fight due to this game having some awful balancing. Which is a damn shame cuz the intro and the song is pretty awesome.
The Good Ending leads to everyone being happy that Orochi was defeated and goes back to living their normal lives in his world. The Ultimate story line continues from this ending. - Hry
I wish they upgraded the AI and the difficulty of the Orochi X boss battle to be Dark Souls difficulty or at least make it challenging

If you wanna challenge just remove Slay, Bolt and any other skill on weapon that boost attack. Them you will have a fight
Chaos difficulty.. Wthout being op you cant even reach him let alone battle him
Actually chaos difficulty is the answer but using with not fully leveled character 😂

Again....awful balancing. I mean look at Xu Shu.... or Shuten Doji (which i considered as OP)

Idee vee it looks quite a large margin better than WO3U though, least from what I can see, it looks like it’s harder to just completely burst down main character officers at least.
Orochi said im am god of destruction and dies 30 second he is like loki from marvel the avenger saying he is god of mischief and he gets whacked by hulk and hulk say puny god to loki

As nice of an upgrade the developers gave to Koshi Castle, a little too much of the interior of the castle is just 'follow the blue brick road'.

Orochi X is really cliched... he talks way more about destruction than Guan Yu’s children bragging about their father.
And even the blue Orochi talks about destruction too.
One of the things I hated about Warriors Orochi 3 is how it reduce Orochi into a mindless cliched demon king.
He'd seen better days in Warriors Orochi 1 and 2.
In 4 Orochi is barely seen as it is name WO4.
Having Orochi speak at this point was the dumbest thing the writers could possibly do! We're supposed to believe that Orochi has lost his intelligence to the point where he isn't Orochi any more!
CrappyNightcore well that’s basically what Orochi X already is, a soulless bordering on zombified husk being puppeted around by a world that much like its original creator wants to be destroyed
Except this is not Orochi, it is merely a whole other entity, or else Da Ji would've been an enemy in this battle - along with Keiji and Masamune.
@@desireeheremaia7636 As I understand it, Shuten Doji is supposed to be the incarnation of Orochi's intelligence or "good side" or something like that whereas what they face is a kind of splitoff from Orochi minus any remnant of his mind. But it takes a mind to speak, which in this Orochi does. Hence why I call it a ridiculous plot hole.

He always come back because he is a god,orochi is yinglong after yinglong destroyes the mirror of the heavenly emperor all the demon souls were released then possessed yinglong that made him turn into orochi.

You might've done all of it by now, but the bonus stages on the bottom unlock REDUX stages where you are prepared to save the ones who died in the normal route.
@@takumisato6941 unlocking redux stages is actually easy, but the challenging one is increasing the bonds each character which there's character who're not enjoyable to play with.
@@jowoboy9911 I just spend money on the giant banquets and then play 1 random mission with the teams that needed bonding. Its annoying a little but gets the job done nice and fast
i had this game and i beat it on every difficulty with Lu Bu, Hun Dun, and Orochi x
How do you unlock Hundun, and orochi x?
@@mikespalaceofdowntime4773 you unlock Orochi X when you unlock everyone else besides Hun Dun. And you unlock Hun Dun when you do that mirror mode (i forget the name i think its rage mode?) And you have to go through and beat 100 levels. Which i did with Lu Bu, Orochi X, and Susano-o

Yes, digital only in US.
Xaldin007 does it have the battles from the original wo3? Or you have to have the original wo3 and then transfer the data to this one
Ultimate has everything in WO3.

That's up to you. All having WO3 does is let you transfer your save to keep your levels and progress, so you're just paying for the new things in Ultimate.
