Flow Time, Cycle Time, Flow rate, Little's Law & Average Inventory

In operations Management courses there are several related metrics when you study process analysis. This Video aims to make the students life easier by showing the differences between these metrics and enable them to appreciate how they are related to each other . I have used a simple 3 step process and created a simulation to demonstrate the various metrics in process analysis.

This is a very good presentation for understanding CT, Flow rate. but Flow rate calculated by using 1/Avg. Flow time (37) does not give the flow rate 0.1666667. can you pl. explain.
