I was watching this alone, then my sister casually entered the room and started watching it with me. Now she can't stop thinking about Yuggicha ma'am. She's become your biggest fan now 😀
Very interesting intellectual talk… love to hear more like this related to current affairs both national and international. 💜 listening to your podcast is not a time pass and not waste of time.
1:48:00 the missile hits while testing then it is no longer a threat.. many misfires happens and many times while testing the missile becomes out of control.. threat can be considered only when the missile carries explosives or nuclear material and causes extreme damage to lives and properties.. many times missile test fails.. like recently India misfired its missile on Pakistan while testing and it became out of control and it fell near some bridge and India had to compensate the damage.. It is common and even USA failed its Ballistic missile test recently.. Threat = if missile carries explosive or nuclear materials and launched intentionally to cause damage.
"Ignorance of law can't be an excuse" Is this really justified? When we dont teach even basic laws neither at school nor at a higher level to the majority of students. How can a system expect from its citizens to abide by the law when the majority don't know the nature of law.
Seemed a bit apologetic towards Russian invasion. In other words, if India felt threatened by China and Nepal joining hands so it decides to attack Nepal but somehow the fault is China's for trying to expand and not India's for the invasion. That's the vibe I got.

Interviewer has not researched the subjects he is questioning the guest about. You need to read more, bro. Or hire researcher(s) if you can. And the interviewee seems to be rambling most of the time. She is skipping her thoughts quite frequently. Perhaps ill-prepared for the questions. She is trying to oversimplify which she only half-understands.
I love the guests you bring to chat in these podcasts and you've clearly done the research about their respective fields before bringing them.
Yes i was thinking the same

Exactly , but from my experience the court doesn't like the argument you mentioned in here . Didn't make sense to me either.
I would like to say Sushant pls study about law .
