ನಿಮಗೆ ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯವಾಗಬಹುದು. ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ , ಈಡಿ , ಐಟಿ , ಸಿಬಿಐ , ಹೀಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ತನಿಖಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಿ. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಆರೋಪಿಯ ಜಾತಿ ,ಕುಲ, ಯಾವ ಪಕ್ಷ , ಸ್ಥಳ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
ಆರೋಪಿಯು ನಿಜವಾಗಿ ಅಪರಾಧಿಯೇ ಅಲ್ಲವೇ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನಷ್ಟನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ನೋಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆರೋಪಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾಬೀತು ಪಡಿಸಬಲ್ಲ ಪ್ರಬಲ ಸಾಕ್ಷ್ಯಗಳಿದ್ದರೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಮುಂದುವರೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ಒಂದು ರೇಡನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾದರೆ ತಾವು ಈ ಕೇಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಚಾರ್ಜ್‌ ಷೀಟ್‌ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವಂತಿರಬೇಕು. ಅಪೂರ್ಣ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ , ಅಪಕ್ವ ಆರೋಪಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ತನಿಖೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಸಮಯ ವ್ಯರ್ಥ ಮಾಡುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ.
ಪೊಲೀಸರೂ ನುರಿತ ಸರ್ಜನ್‌ ರಂತೆ. ಪೇಷಂಟ್‌ ಬದುಕುವಂತಿದ್ದರೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಆಪರೇಷನ್. ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ಮಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ನೀವು ಜಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಯಾಕೆ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಕೇಳಿದಿರೋ ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ.
ಆದರೆ ಹೀಗೊಂದು ಆರೋಪವಿದೆ. ಅದೆಂದರೆ , ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತದವರು ದಲಿತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಟಾರ್ಗೆಟ್‌ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಅವರನ್ನೇ ಹಿಡಿಯುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಮೇಲ್ಜಾತಿಯ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟರನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿಯೋದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ!
ಈ ಆರೋಪ ಖಂಡಿತಕ್ಕೂ ನಿಜವಲ್ಲ. ಆರೋಪಿಯು ಲಂಚಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಡಿಮ್ಯಾಂಡ್‌ ಮಾಡಿರದಿದ್ದರೆ , ಹೇರಳ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಪಾಸ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ಹಿಡಿಯುವುದಾದರೂ ಹೇಗೆ? ಅಕಸ್ಮಾತ್‌ ದಲಿತನೆಂಬ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಕೇಸು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿ ಕಿರುಕುಳ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರೆ ಆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯ ವಿರುದ್ಧವೇ ದಲಿತ ದೌರ್ಜನ್ಯದ ಕೇಸು ಹಾಕಿ ಜೈಲಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಬಹುದು.
ಆದರೆ ದೂರು ನೀಡಬೇಕಾದ ದಲಿತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸಾಚಾ ಇರಬೇಕು . ಅಷ್ಟೇ.
