This dance is very fun, active, and can be quite aerobic. It may be hot in the dance hall and some people tend to sweat profusely. Handkerchiefs, bandannas and even small towels are often carried hanging from the belt or pocket for dancers to use to wipe their hands and face. At festivals, some dancers bring small bags containing extra handkerchiefs, bandanas, towels, and T-shirts (I go through about five during a long day/night festival.) Many women also bring extra outfits so that they can change during the day from wet clothes to dry clothes. Zydeco dancing is also great exercise.

I also lost the use of my computer for about six months and that included all my files. I've been trying to put the pieces back together again. Currently, I post about 60+ Zydeco weekly promotions on Twitter (See: @ghayman) and MeWe (another social board). I run my main webpage at - ghayman.net - and I have a highly visited info site on a different topic at - bit.ly/EnjoyingCigars -. As soon as I get another computer video editing program that I can understand and operate, I intend to produce a few more Zydeco videos for my CZcams pages.
