    To be honest i used to have shoulder pain while doing lifting.. Then i.. Worked my rc muscles.. Made my split into push pull leg with one day rest.. This completely cured my pain♥️

    @Clinicalphysio i have a question. Not based off this video, ive been meaning to asking if you can make a video of Objective assessment of how to identify Soft tissue injury (injury) on a patient and acceptable special test

      That would completely depend on the specific soft tissue you're wanting to identify injury for, otherwise the video would 3 hours long at least
