You can do either. Apply with a degree or as an undergrad. Grad application is more competitive, and generally you need at least the equivalent of a 2:1 to get in

They each will have a slightly different policy for the WASSCE, and will ask for a bit about you, then tell you whether you're eligible for that particular university. You don't need Chemistry at University to be eligible. Usually a healthcare degree will put you in a good position.
