What a way to front up to the haka! I love it when teams do something like this. There have been a few occasions recently where teams have challenged the haka- here, Munster and Wales. It really adds to the excitement. I'm glad New Zealand won this one.
This RLWC final was far better than any RWC final of 80 minutes of kicking penalty or field goals,it featured fantastic tries,big hits,controversy ,a moment of madness and an incredible comeback from the underdogs to win the trophy.From a dinky di Aussie well done Kiwis you peaked at the right time and deserve your victory!!

There are 3 different codes: rugby league, rugby union and aussie rules. This is Rugby league and it is the sport most similar to American football because it also has limited tackles/downs - the NRL finals were on Spike TV recently. Union has unlimited tackles and many other rules. The gameplay of aussie rules is more similar to soccer/basketball.

It's not disrespectful, some people just like to say that it is. The haka is a challenge and what Australia did was accepte that by walking up to them and being unified as one and will not stand down. Most countries do it all the time.
