The DCAU is exactly what the DCEU should of been.
Superman was indeed weakened when he came back in the comics. The black suit is designed to help him recharge faster.
The reason for the Black Suit is it's a solar suit which increases the amount of solar radiation Superman can absorb and how fast. It's what the white solar suit Superboy was in in Cadmus was based on in Young Justice.
The moment Andrew said "Chloe Sullivan" I knew he is the right guy to watch to a Superman film with.
You have to look at the whole universe from the beginning starting from “son of Batman “ cause they have dealt with the other members
I personally believe that Superman never died but he was in a coma
Your right Superman wasn't that weak when he came back from the dead he just wouldn't put the Red and Blue back on because so many imposters were running around in it. In fact I believe after he was revealed as the real Superman he considered sticking with the black suit but then a child asked him if he was going back to the old suit because he missed it. So he put his Red and Blue back on but I believe he kept the long hair for a while.
Its a good movie but what r u guys doing? there's an order to these movies.....

Watch these films in order, 1st one Justice League flashpoint paradox and last one is Justice League dark apocalypse war
The eradicatior was just badass in this film. Loved him out of all the dupe Supermen in this film.
Whenever Superman makes a triumphant return, the hype gets unreal. Even Metroman's return (really Megamind) is such an epic moment for me

I like the comics better. The 4 Supermen had a longer mystery and reveal -4 mysterious figures coming back as Superman. I understand the animation is condensing a lot more stories.
Just think, in the comics, this leads to Hal going insane and wiping out the Green Lantern Corps...

I really do enjoy this movie and the way it adapted the reign of the Superman storyline I know they did it way better than the original movie Superman Doomsday which was okay but this was far superior and to be honest you're in for a real treat for the final film of the DC animated movie Universe apokolips War which was supposed to be what the Zack Snyder movies were supposed to be
I forgot they had reacted to the first part of this movie.
