    I work on these machines all the time and this video is very accurate. Here is another tip if you do this repair and the ball is still doing this. Check your filter! I've had a defective filter cause this before. The opening to the filter was sealed. I spent hours trying to figure out what was still wrong and then I realized it was only doing it when the filter was in device. I tried another filter and the machine worked fine.
    Just and FYI majority of the time it's the problem in the video.

    I put some tape over my alarm. You can still hear it fine, it no longer blows out my eardrums now.

    Thank you for this informative video. I have a question for you. Do you feel a puff of air coming from the solenoid housing every time one of the solenoids fires? I'm wondering if I have a leak or if this is normal. And it's doing it on TWO machines (one more-so than the other) so I get the feeling that it must be normal.

    what is the valve on top of the cilynders the one with the yellow thin hose? there is some leak and make a hissing noise, is that what might cause the flow ball fluctuate?

    Patrick... The flow meter ball is stuck on the number one of the flow meter and no matter how much I increase the flow "radio button" it always remains the same.
    If you have some information to help me will be very welcome.

    The output ball is stuck on 3.5 liters per minute. The concentrator is working properly without any sirens or led errors and giving proper flow.

      I am facing same problem. Did you ever get a solution to this?

    • @lovesh2138
      @lovesh2138 Před 5 lety

      @Melissa - I believe the problem is with humidifier bottle. Either it is leaking or not clean or too old. Try cleaning it first. If it doesn't work, try replacing the bottle.

      Did you try adjusting the liter flow? Sometimes, it's simply things like that, that are a problem. Or it could be pinched somewhere. I'm not an expert but that's what I would start with. And then I'd call the home health company to come deal deal with it.

      You can't unfortunately find a everflo with low o2 and part it out solenoids were the biggest problem with this model

  • @christopherleubner6633

    Order some fluorosilicone grease and apply a sparing amount to those gsskets. Will fix the problem. Make sure it is pure fluorosilicone oxygen/halogen gas service grade though.

    You have a leak most likely a cracked flow meter to test this, block the nipple where the oxygen leaves the concentrator the ball should go to zero
