Adrian "AP" Porter Walks Through His OWC Workflow

Adrian "AP" Porter, producer, engineer, programmer, and sound designer, shares how his life has gotten much easier supporting high-profile celebrity projects. For his portable rig, Adrian relies on Envoy drives for storage. Everything connects through his Go Dock, allowing him to easily pull out his computer, connect one cable, turn on the power, and have everything ready to go, including IOs, converters, drives, and controllers.
In his studio and live setup, Adrian's session work is all on the Flex 1U4, with multiple SSDs configured in a RAID and additional hard drive storage for redundancy. The Flex 1U4 also connects his external displays. Using a 14-port dock in the studio, he interfaces all his peripherals, ensuring stable throughput without losing information. This setup has been incredibly reliable, making it the most vital piece of his show. If it doesn’t work, nothing else matters. #proaudio
