I honestly think that this speech is actually short but precise! I don't know why most of the comments I see tend to confuse them but, the realization I think is really simple. Do not think that what you think (you or your idea) is always the smartest or the best, you must learn to humble yourself and listen to other's perspective. It's all about perspective. What you interpret to be "evil", can be "good" to another.
I forgot how to write E and mistakenly ended up writing mirror version. So, which category do I fall into?
Two simple tricks for adding maybe 50 points to your GMAT score (I got a 750):
1.) On all questions about real-world business remember that your customers and your suppliers both have to benefit in every transaction. The test is heavily weighted to this point because it's important in the real world. The cheapest customer to acquire is the return customer. If your suppliers don't like you, you'll be at a disadvantage compared to all the other people they supply -- who are your competitors.
2.) On the section of the test asking you to score statements by relevance, adopt a point of view. The year I took it you were given five sentences and then for each one you were asked something like crucial? irrelevant? interesting? and so on. Sometimes it's obvious, but sometimes they're either confusing or very very subtle. I found that simply saying, "OK, I'm thehighway," or "OK, I'm the next customer in the iine" or whatever, even something totally arbitrary, it made it much easier to have perspective and answer the questions correctly.

I just drew it in the quickest way possible, drawing the E for someone else since that requires less moving of the hand. If I was left handed, I would've drawn it the other way

When I do graphs in the air with my index finger I do it so other people can see it from their point of view.

i would think that most of us would write the E the way we would draw it on paper... making it APPEAR as if we are drawing it for someone else... when, in fact, we draw it because we are used to drawing it in that way.

What if most people drew the E in their perspective, because most people are right-handed? It's much easier to draw it in the direction of the arm you're using.

I drew it the way it is written for several reasons. I’m not doing this for someone else to see the E, so perspective doesn’t matter. ‘E’ is the way I see it in my head so I can draw it out. Why in the world would I flip the image as if I’m painting it on my head TO BE SEEN? This is a meaningless exercise and to use his words ‘needs context.’
