I somehow fixed the same problem with my s22 ultra but i'm not sure if it works for everyone.
Earlier today, I replaced the charging board for my phone because it has very weak network signal reception.
While doing the repair, i pushed down the socket for the LCD cable to secure it. Just trying out something that might fix the LCD.
I'm so excited that both the network ang LCD issues were fixed! It has been an entire day and the LCD is back to normal even while using the adaptive motion smoothness.
Try this out guys. Btw, i'm not a technician. I just followed some youtube vids. You can ask a technician to do it for you.
Hope this works for others too.

Mera phone Bangladesh se kharida toh bangladesh mein samsung service center nehi hai...mera bhai dubai pe rehta hai toh Only Device dubai service center pe le jaya Kya free mein thik kardegi aur box/Document lagega???
The natural thing "solve" the blue tint on my screen and the motion solved the green light.... Samsung sucks for not owning up to their QC ... you pay premium price for such lousy piece of device and even worse service
Bhai mere s22ultra main bhi ye problem aa raha hai aaj se.. Maine youtube pe search kiya iske bare main to kuch log bol rahe hai ke software update ki karan ye ho raha hai. Aur gallery main agar warranty khatam ho gaya rahega to bhi free of cost diplay badal ke mil jayega aisa youtube pe kuch log bol rahe hai.. Its that true or false. Tell me

Only works agar koi dent na ho screen pe if you have scratch or dent then they don't replace
