Yes, love me some Shasta Daises and they grow beautifully in Charlotte, NC as well! Such a wonderful plant for the garden. So dependable, so lovely. Enjoyed this video very much! Take care. 👌🪴🥰
I'm glad you said this is their 2nd year. I just got some banana cream 2 , like you, I got them on mark down from $15 to 5 dollars and this is the first year, so I'm glad to see they do so good in the second year
I started Shasta from seed a few years ago. I didn’t realize how big they would be. I had many many plants and really didn’t know what to do with them so I put them against the fence, ignored them and now I just dig up a plant and place it wherever I need a white flower. They don’t mind moving around and they reproduce. I have bought a few snow caps because to me they are a better size
That mystery Shasta might be a "Daisy Duke", which I think is also from Proven Winners. PP 21914 3" wide blooms, and getting up to 2' tall or slightly more in good soil. Hard to say, but it's easy to cut down on the options since you buy from one store so much and can look at what they typically carry.
I am so glad to see your video, I get so tired of seeing videos from Texas. I want to see videos close to me for comparison. Thanks and your garden is beautiful.

You have inspired me! I bought 8 Shasta daises this year. My variety is “Madonna” and I surely hope mine will be as beautiful as yours!
