Bus Line 200 / Buslinie 200 - Berlin Sightseeing Tour

Public double-decker bus 200 is a cheap way to tour the top sights in Berlin for only €2.80. In this video you can see a bus ride from the Zoological Garden / Zoologischer Garten to Wilhelmstrasse / Wilhelmstraße.
The bus 200 runs so often that it is hardly worth noting the timetables in advance. It rides from the Zoological Garden / Zoologischer Garten (near the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church / Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedächtniskirche) to Michel Angelostrasse / Michael Angelostraße. The total trip duration for this route is approximately 46 minutes.

Which bus route is better to take 200 or 100?

Both buses travel past many of the places you are sure to want to see. Both buses go from the Zoological Garden / Zoologischer Garten, but the final destination of bus 100 is Alexanderplatz. Bus 200 continues its way to Michael Angelostraße, it's a longer route. I'd take both buses.
