    Hello, I am reaching out to seek advice on a second F1 visa application. Thank you for your help!
    1. In my DS-160, there is a section asking me to explain any previous visa denials. Is it advisable to utilize this space to mention other factors I didn’t get to present in my interview? I’m considering explaining my specific career plans as proof of my home country ties, why I need a US degree, how I developed those career interests, and an 8-month career gap.
    2. Would an informal recommendation letter from a potential employer in significantly help my second case? I don’t have an actual job offer but was considering asking the employer for a letter endorsing my candidacy for a future position.

    I would like to ask the experts two questions. 1. Is it important to provide the contact person and contact details of my previous employer when filling up the form? 2. I get my salary from my new employer by cash, not cheque, not credited directly into my account. Instead, can I provide a letter from my employer showing exactly how much I earn?

    • @ArgoSocial
      @ArgoSocial  Před 4 měsíci +1

      It can! You need to be able to effectively explain the reason for your gap, what you did, and how everything fits into your plans.

    What happens if an applicant has a strong letter of support from university that he/she applied.
    Does that help to issue the visa?

    If a current student got refused during renewal and needs to get back to school asap, but no more available slot in home country, can a third country be a good fit in this regard?

    • @ArgoSocial
      @ArgoSocial  Před měsícem

      Yes, but you need to be extra prepared. It will be harder to get approved outside of your home country in an ordinary situation and even harder if you have a refusal in your home country. We strongly recommend you book a session with an Officer on our team to get insights for this. You can book at www.argovisa.com.
