You should have mentioned that the VHF radio will be replaced with the ARC-210 (dual uhf/vhf) radio at a later date.

No you can just buy the A-10 C II, as far as I know you can't even buy the old one anymore

What version of a10 are you using, the A-10A is a low fidelity version which is 15 USD,
The A-10C is full fidelity and clickable
