Generator Dies After a Few Seconds

Friends a contractor friend of mine dropped off a generator that will not stay running.

Thanks Bob, I felt bad as I had the machine in the shop for a month before I looked at it and it turned out to be something so simple. The owner tried to give me some money, but I refused to take it.
