I like to analyse myself and experiment and to see what happens and I really believe that caffeine also messes with your hunger sensation. Sometimes when I'm hungry I automatically think of coffee. And I only drink one coffee per day! I'm trying to quit and recently did three days without and my intestines were sooo calm. No gurgling or farting throughout the day. I can't imagine what people are going through who drink 5 cups on average per day. Maybe they aren't sensitive people (like me) but still the effect on their bodies will be the same.

try raw ground beef with egg yolks on top, and use it sort of like sauce to spread all over. Even better with pineapple on the side, since it adds to the taste and has enzymes that digest meat. This tastes really amazing and I bet anyone would love this, as opposed to plain raw meat

Life has never been normal for European people since 1914, and the world we live in has been a lie and a circus since 1945. You can see it that way. But all I can say is that at least there had been some memorable moments to live for previously, but definitely not now. There is nothing good left. Horrible food, fast paced, too much technology, almost no decent Music, and telling lies has become the "new truth", according to how most people in Modern Society live and act. I would never refer to the 90's as a Golden Age, far from it. But life had some better things around that time.
@@delargealex That's one way to look at it. But meat was also much higher quality and a lot cheaper then as well. Now we are eating some of the lowest quality raw meat out there, which probably is only equal at best, maybe worse, compared to the cooked counterparts from years back. So from that point, it's all relative. Even the technology we have is mostly useless, because I wouldn't need a blog, nor would anyone, if people were directly connected with their own communities.
The Internet has created many more problems than it's solved.
I agree relationships and interactions of any kind were much more authentic in the 90's compared to now. Now, almost all relations are fake and almost exclusively about how one can benefit at another's expense.
