The worst thing is that it was conventional milk from factory farmed cows. If it was 1,5 % - 4 % organic cow milk or goat milk, it would be ok.
I noticed that this 5-10 % raw jersey milk is pretty hard to digest for most people and it is also fattening for them. I know, many "health oriented" people proclaim the opposite...

From the age of 10-14 when I was overweight I got fooled into thinking that calories mattered (my mom believed so, she was fat, my dad who has been relatively skinny his entire life knew that wasn't true and that animal fat is good for you.). I ate a lot of low fat dairy, grains and sugar. When I was 15 I realized all of that was bullshit and animal fat actually helps you lose weight. All I ate was cheese & butter straight, full fat Greek yoghurt (10%), meat, soft boiled eggs, omelettes. I lost 30 kg in 2-3 months. Since then I've always eaten as much animal fat as I want, always buying yoghurt with at least 10% fat content and always buying minimally processed full fat milk.
The demonization of Animal fat, Animal foods, and calories is probably the dumbest and worst thing humanity has ever done.
It's sad that a lot of people in the carnivore & keto community still think that calories matter.

This is actually how I want to eat, but even though I'm an adult, my mom is still controlling what I eat. It's sad how she's opposed to animal fats and beef and mostly animal foods, but she'll buy protein shakes and bread and highly processed snacks for her children. When I move out, this is what I'm going to eat, along with raw milk and some other adjustments+ some fruit

This has become the new trend, carpeting the entire body with all kinds of random little ones, pizza slices, icecream cones, knives, spiders, spiderwebs, butterflied, barbed wire and insects or reptiles, etc. They are a dime a dozen these days. A lot of goth girls are doing it too. There are even many who are tattooing body garments like lace or garter belts, bodices and corsets as well to their flesh. Totally unreal.

And if you notice what they are doing if/when they later regret these tattoos, is they get what is called "black block" inking, where they just do solid blacking out over the tattoos, if they cannot afford to get actual laser removal of the tattoos that they regret. The Black blocking looks so horrible.

The threshold when they began to exceed M3n with tattoos was in the year 2012, in America at least, and I would say at least from observation, 3 out of every 4 girls have at least one tattoo from what I see in public.

The one thing I notice about people like this with these modern "lifestyles", and while I understand many foods these days are pre-packaged and processed, but if you notice, they always buy what are seemingly very odd products which look likely processed and yet are super expensive in the extravagant packaging they come in, and have absolutely no nutrition. Even looking at all the boxes, containers and packages they buy, NONE of them even look remotely appetizing or appeal to the primal senses. All of it gives off a vibe of being sterile, denatured and poisonous, yet they consume this stuff everyday!
Its for me not understandable. Even if you eat grains and vegetables i always enjoyed only the natural ones and even more self grown vegetables. I never wanted to eat processed or packed frozen vegetables and they disgust me always.
