    It's a cool invention for household products or cleaning items. They don't need to allow this to be used on food product containers before they've researched it for decades.

    Imagine putting that on the bottom of your skis or snowboard ... You'd practically fly down the slope :D
    Though I am concerned about using LiquiGlide in contact with food ... We don't need another type of harmful chemical slowly poisoning us through processed food ... This needs to be tested thoroughly !!!

    If they can get it to be bendable and stretchable, this could be used to coat fabrics to make fast-drying products like tents, umbrellas, or jackets. Sun and rain damage might become an issue though. I'd also like to see it to be sustainably manufactured and recyclable, but one step at a time.

    "A liquid trap in a solid" huh. Well that means the product will still touch a solid. Doh. They need to explain that better.

      Look up how lily pads work. The difference is the air pockets are replaced with an oil.
