I'm gonna assume because it was shorter, a little boring, and the conversation was underwhelming. A little too monotoned and lacking personality for the main channel if I had to guess! I had this on in the background as I was doing work and that's honestly all the attention I could give it since the conversation was so "meh." Great store & great guy for sure, just not main channel material imo.

It's sad you just found out about that place. About 4 to 5 years ago. It was way bigger and even had an arcade. It was definitely a slice of heaven back in the day.
Yeah but had a different store owner who went to jail
Old store was nice but the inventory wasn't great. Arcade was cool but we didn't have enough to keep it running and drawing people. New store is smaller yes but we have much more of a draw and a way better inventory.
@ChrisG255 yea, I do remember it being mostly empty every time I went. So I understand. Especially when the clarkcade opened and started their own arcade. I will say I haven't visited the new store in 2 years. It definitely looks way better now, then I remember. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely stop by. Also, do you guys still do employees favorite game of the month? It was something a faintly remember seeing that and the big knight.

Store is great, way better trade in and buy prices than the clarkade and gamestop near this place. Chris, jaffa, and one guy that looks like rodney mullen are always working and are really great people.
This place was amazing before they moved. It was near empty last time I visited... wow, they have a ton of stuff now. I'll have to put it back on my map.
That is truly a beautiful store! I would have named it something like The Game Vacuum, something more like that. Totally understandable though as they market to two separate markets, still a little odd. One of the better stores I have seen around CZcams though, selection is insane. To be honest it is pretty clever, as many people that need a vacuum look up where in town to buy one, then end up walking into a game store, which they may or may not utilize, vice versa. The owner seems like a really cool, intelligent guy too. His advice on surrounding yourself with good people is solid, and the three versus one quote is spot on wisdom, about as true as it gets. Great video!

Does it just seem resellers just keep “reselling” to each other? Like I’m not going to pay 3x-4x the “market” price of a game. Especially not through Amazon where the prices can go higher than that.

when i was 14, i bought Little Nicky on dvd for my friends i to watch. We walked there all the time when they had their old store. It's been a staple in Huber for as long as i can remember.
As a decades long customer of Vacs and Videos I am so happy to see them get the recognition they deserve. They are by far the most honest and fair video game store in the area.
My local-ish game store has been doing deals with me on any inventory that sits past six months on my store, helps me with my storage issues, and their retail model is mostly low end- mid range titles!

I love how you always glorify video game stores I never knew about or will probably never see ,I actually did attempt to do videos like this before ,I went to this video game store in Lincoln Nebraska,and the owner let me record and even took me to the back to show me extra games he had ,the experience was beautiful, so I know you enjoy these moments and making a video on them ,I never even knew about Limited Run video Games till I saw your video on your main channel,I just want to say never forget your living moments ,that some people dream of ,and no matter what field your in or what you do ,if you end up successful,a backlash of negative people will come ,it's just part of the game , I love your videos,I hope you don't ever lose your passion

you're getting a lot better at interviewing bro ! there was better cohesion, less interrupting and more listening. in the future, maybe you can squeeze out more personality out of the owners/employees instead of just focusing on the facts and numbers (which i understand is a big focus of yours). i say that because to some degree most of them are going to be saying the same thing. customer service, inventory, cash flow, etc. we get it, a lot of that is pretty obvious. but maybe could ask why he started the store, what was going on in his life before that. what was the biggest challenge, was there a specific moment when he thought they wouldn't make it. what is the best food nearby, the most slept on game etc

Working 320 days in a year isn't that crazy. 365 days in a year, 2 days off a week, 52 weeks in year, most people work 313 days a year or so
2 days of in a week would mean working 251 days. And that's without any holidays or vacation at all. Maost people do not work 6 days a week (313 days a year), what's wrong with you lol. 320 definitely is extremely high.
