THE FEELINGS POLICE THREATEN ME WITH SECT 5 Cwmbran Police Station

  • What is going on everybody, this is TGA, and in today's video, we're at Cwmbran Police Station, where we meet a Sergeant who thinks he knows everything, then decides to threaten us with Sect 5 Public Order, this is a disgraceful approach from an officer, especially after the excellent interaction we had prior to this at the Gwent Police Federation, with a Sergeant named Gareth. Hope you guys enjoy, and I will keep exposing these self absorbed tyrants, such a disappointment.

    How many times do you see mainstream media like the BBC, Sky News, ITN, Channel 4 etc or social media record defendant who are on trial leaving a court building from a public standpoint. It is not against the law to do that and article 10 even gives you the right to do it.

    • @TheGwentAuditorTGA
      @TheGwentAuditorTGA  Před 2 lety +2

      According to legislation.gov.Uk, large media outlets would usually have had permission, and generally the subject you can record but not the jury, judges or witnesses, id imagine down to jury tampering etc. that’s under Section 41, unless there is another way of interpreting the law, I don’t know how you can ignore that

    • @TheGwentAuditorTGA
      @TheGwentAuditorTGA  Před 2 lety +5

      @Kens UK Adventures yeah that’s my interpretation of it as well, as long as you are definitely on public land, and you make sure you don’t publish any images of judges, jury, witnesses etc

    • @PINACI
      @PINACI Před 2 lety +3

      @@TheGwentAuditorTGA Media don't get permission to report on "public" trials and who the defendants are, they just wait outside and then stick a microphone in their face asking them how they feel about the judges decision etc if they haven't been sent to prison. Obviously you cant record the judge in a case and the jury or witnesses and "publish" it because that would be contempt of court but if you wanted to wait outside of a court for a defendant to come out and then record them, well, thats done all the time. One problem with recording outside a court though is that you don't know who the judges are or potential witnesses and jurors. And finally... remember what happened to Tommy Robinson.

    You engage too much. When he said you filmed a vulnerable victim, what you should have said is "I haven't filmed any members of the public".

    Sgt. #2331 contradicted himself when he said "I'm not falling for it," he was the one wanting to escalate and start an argument, thought if he could bait The Gwent Auditor into getting angry and upset he would swear, raise his voice, shout or say something else stupid that would then give him reasonable grounds to arrest the auditor on a Section 5 or 50. The sergeant had no right to speak on another member of the public's behalf as to what they might of been thinking and feeling, if he wanted to pursue that line of investigation then he should of gone out and spoken to the person in question to make a formal enquiry. I didn't think too highly of the female inspector either, she implied to the sergeant that if a member of the public comes in to the station and complains about The Gwent Auditor then we'll look into it and take action (meaning arrest him). This is why every auditor has got to be so careful when interacting with the police, they love to escalate their interactions with the public because the average person on the street is not cut out to handle their bombardment of relentless pressure and line of rapid fire questioning, it's mentally draining and you need a very cool head in order to come out the other side still standing and not in cuffs. The police may be dumb but they are very clever, devious and cunning at getting the information they need and want out of someone.

      Sgt. #2331: Alright...what's going on, how can I help you, no I'm just asking you why you are filming, just asking a question...just in case, you don't need anything from the police, thank you, you crack on then, as you well know you're perfectly entitled to film in public, you won't get a reaction out of me buddy. WAIT...WHAT WAS THAT AGAIN, YOU WON'T GET A REACTION OUT OF ME BUDDY...hate to be the bringer of bad news sergeant but that's exactly what we did get from you, next time don't make a promise if you can keep it, lol 🤣

    The concern is they go home or theyre out with their families children perhaps their reg gets noticed and a person or persons with malicious intent could harm them their vehicle family etc as well as then being able to identify their home adress which obviously brings its own host of issues as much as that sargeant acted out of order your action towards the end was worse as you not only put the officers family partners children etc at risk but also other members of the public as for an example if an officers PV reg is identified outside their home address a person with malicious intent could set the address or vehicle on fire which then poses risk to neighbours and the public but also enviromental factors

    Only a child would come out to a member of the public to tell them everything they were doing was legal and ok. Then tell them they wouldn't get a reaction where upon he acted like a little girl trying to make something out of nothing. It took his superior to more or less stop him reacting. He must have a proper melt down if someone actually breaks a law. Tosser.

    I'm a security office in Gwent and believe me I can assure you that many of my colleagues and the public at large have very little confidence or respect for police officers in Gwent. There is zero confidence in them for a variety of reasons. From my own personal experience there have been a number of incidents that I reported to the police , four to be exact, where the police were called and then failed to respond to the incidents in question. I called 101 on one occasion and was informed that there would be a 22 minute wait. I then phoned 999 at 21:40 and I never saw any police officer for the remaining 9 hours of my shift. And no police officer came to the site where I work the next day either.
    On another occasion ,when I was off duty, I saw 8, that's right 8, police officers, 6 male officers and 2 female officers surrounding a young lad who apparently had been shoplifting and roughly manhandling him. They removed 2 disposable cigarette lighters and a packet of chewing gum from his pockets. This took place in a bus station. You would have thought that the young lad had killed someone the way the police treated him. I have heard people say that they wouldn't p*** on a copper if he was on fire. I suppose you can understand why more and more people are adopting this attitude towards the police, particularly in Gwent, when they either react to a situation with uncalled for heavy handedness, or else cannot be bothered to attend incidents.

    With courts outside it's when you film people coming and going because it could be judges, defendants or jurors. What you read out was inside the court.

What are you trying to achieve? Unless you can inform me otherwise there is no point! Just because you can really isn’t enough…I’m not dull, you love to get a reaction and you did so bravo you 👏👏👏
