Great design I just took delivery of a JD 5055E cab, loader. This is very tipsy without a weight 📦... problem is nobody has a Cat 2 ballast box in stock , some say not till early July....Any chance yours son could design one like yours for me just increase the overall dimensions 100 % as I need 3000lbs ballast in the rear including rear tires filled. Tires are around 759lbs each so im at 1500 now. So I'm looking at an additional 1500 lbs. Of course I would compensate you for the cost/ time. John

Might want to add some caster wheels for ease of movement off the tractor. Nice video

angle iron should be stood so the right angle faces upwards. The point of the metal upwards. You're never cutting a full side at one point.
Also some drain holes for the top.
what is the tool you're using to cut the plate?
It’s a small circular saw with a metal cutting blade . Mine is from Eastwood but I think you can get the same thing cheaper.
