This was fantastic and validates what I've been saying about chronical pain/illness and movement. Nonactive RN turned Gardener apparently lol it helps me stay mobile and keep moving. I use to say to my patients and now to my fellow chronic pain people move it or lose it. Gardening is a great form of therapy🌻

I was told by my naturopath that tomatoes and night shade veggies are inflammatory foods. This really bummed me out because I love those foods. Could you please clarify this for me? I would love to have these foods in my food plan. Thank you for this video. Very helpful!

Hi Jennifer, Based on our dietitian's understanding of the research, there is no evidence to support that nightshades trigger inflammation. It may be the case that an individual personally has allergies or sensitives, however the blanket statement that it is a known causation is untrue. Our dietitian always recommends experimenting with foods to understand what your body responds best to. Thank you!

This was an excellent presentation, thank you so much. I assume that whole wheat foods should be avoided also. Is this correct?

Whole grains such as whole wheat are part of the anti-inflammatory diet. The dietitian who developed this presentation does not recommend cutting out items unless you have a specific intolerance or allergy.

    How about orange juice

Added sugar and heat pasteurized. Only good orange juice is what you squeeze yourself.
