Sucks they didn’t explain how when Jackman told them that line both Fassbender and Mcavoy were genuinely shocked and left without saying anything thinking they would redo the scene again. But the director ended up liking it so much it made the final cut.

In Iron Man 1 all Scenes with Downey were basically improvised by him.
They had a very lose script and banked on the ability of Downey to improvise and the other Actors to just roll with it.
What blew my mind is RDJ's pre-snap "I am Ironman" had to be done in re-shoot because it wasn't part of the script.
Wasn't the scene in Thor Ragnarok when Thor is talking about admiring the snake only for it to turn into Loki and stab him improvised? I heard that it was Tom Hiddlestons true reaction to hearing it.
They probably chose just to do one from Ragnarok since there were so many in the movie. But yeah, I think you’re right.

Chris Pratt told Bautista to say "Why is Gamora?" after a take. Bautista didn't come up with it.

The "I don't want to go" was also a reference to Doctor Who
The Tom Hardy Lobster Tank scene wasn't spontaneous but it also wasn't in the original script. From what I've heard he saw the tank and immediately said "I'm going in there, make it work" and they had to figure it out before they could continue. Paraphrasing second hand info but in my mind that counts enough to be on this list.
That's basically what the video said.

I’m kinda disappointed that they didn’t mention the REAL improvised part of the Tom Hardy lobster tank scene in venom. Which was him reaching into the tank and actually TAKING A BITE OUT OF A LIVE LOBSTER. The crew were shocked I’m pretty sure there’s a video somewhere of their reactions and it’s the funniest thing.

Actually.. Endgame, where Tony says "I am.. Iron Man." was not improvised by Downey, one of the crew members felt the same way with the Directors in how it felt lame and empty to not have Tony say anything before he snaps his fingers, so they started brain storming and said crew member thought of it. Shooting was already wrapped up, and RDJ was already working passed his characters sacrifice that he didnt wanna go back and do another take, since he had already said goodbye to his long term character, it was very difficult for him. So when they begged him to come back onto set and repeat that line and relive the last of his characters moments, it wasnt by RDJ who improvised it, it was one of the crew members who had them improvise it
But that scene at the end of avengers was also inspired by the cast of Angel. I believe either Charisma Carpenter or Amy Acker said this.

I heard that the other actors in the scene did not know that he was going to sit in the tank. But he runned it by the director that day. So maybe thats why they counted it in.
The I am iron man part was half correct. The I am iron man scene in endgame was improved by the editor when he was watching the scene. They called rdj back to film the scene.

It's not improve if the scene is planned ahead. So, the Endgame scene wasn't an IMPROVE. The IRON MAN 1 scene though, Yes.
I'm pretty sure I've heard Downey did improvised the line, but the idea was always the same, he was still supposed to reveal his identity.

No it wasn't. It was the final thing they shot in the movie, in reshoots. The editor came up with the idea
