- A Pokemon TCG Scarlet & Violet Booster Box is opened in this video. Scarlet & Violet is a brand new set, the first set in the 9th Generation of Pokemon cards. There are huge changes with this expansion compared to sets in the past, borders are now gray instead of yellow, there are 3 foil cards per pack, rare holos are guaranteed in each and every pack, ex cards return, and special illustration rares are introduced. This is part 1 of the booster box opening, the first 18 packs of the box are opened.

My favourite starter from Paldea has easily been Sprigatito. That grass cat is so cute, and both evolved forms are very cool. Very fun video. Congrats on the pulls throughout this, hoping part two goes just as well. And hope everyone here has a good day.

Wow! That's a great start to the box. I've only gotten 5 packs so far, but got an Illustration Rare and Tera ex... so the pulls seem pretty good!

Done, got very similar pulls to you! I don't mind the pull rates; however, in 54 packs, I still couldn't get 1 of each holofoil card which is a little disappointing.

I would say my favorite basic starter is Sprigatito, another cat like Litten, and my fav starter from Gen 7 was Incenroar, so it's another adorable cat like pokemon. I do like Fuecoco too it's pretty cute as well, and I like Quaxly's hat in the design. Very good gen starters love them all.

All 3 are sure to be fan favs amongst all the Pokémon out there.

I went to my local card shop the other day and they had Scarlet and Violet Booster boxes for 149.99. Be thankful you got it for 117.99 lol
Local card shops are always price gouging, you pay for getting the product instantly.
They just released a new product line already I was just collecting the sword and shield cards a year ago

Funny I just got my 1st booster box for this set today from a card shop but I only got decent hits maybe $80 value so I prefer etb's

As of right now, all future sets will have silver borders.

I would recommend Collector’s Cache.
They claim the higher pricer are because of inflation but that is belony. they asked almost 5 dollars for cartoo cards wich was already insane.
It is always about corporate greed.

Pokémon is better to get good hits rate because the terrible sns era are not fun a all I love getting hit and enjoying the pulls to me I rather put my money where I actually get my money worth having fun getting hits not get disappointed every time it all comes down to what’s valuable to you
Even with the tougher pull rates the cards still didn’t have a ton of value, so I’m happy with the better pull rates too.
