Hey! Honestly, not sure about that. I would say you can keep it as long as you use it and the local law does not require you to exchange it for the local one :)

I can not think of any advantage of driving with Pakistani driver's license in Prague. As for exchanging, I recommend to go to Registr Ridicu in Vysehrad, showing them your DL and asking what to do next. I believe you will need to go througj a school here.

From germany I can apply for Czech republic driving licence if I am getting a part time job in czech.
Hard to answer without any context. Generally speaking, you must be legally residing in CZE for at least 180 days and you must be able to prove it before you can exchange your driver's license.

My pleasure! I am pretty sure Indian DLs can not be exchanged :( Best is to go to the municipality and ask though since different versions might have different treatment.

I have my Egyptian international driving license. Even though Egypt has signed the Geneva convention the ladies refused to exchange it with a Czech one. All my papers are in order, should I go argue with them again?!
Well, hard to say. There are two problems usually:
1. The ladies there are generally set up to make it complicated for you so trying again might work of you get someone in better mood or simply nicer.
2. The fact that the country signed the comvemtion does not mean that they issue the driver's licenses in accordance with the convention. Only if they signed the convention and they actually follow the guidlines of the convention, the DL can be exhcanged.

Well, it depends on many things but mainly on your nationality and your intended purpose of stay :)

Hey Viny! I believe you will have to go through the driver's school here. But go check with Registr Ridicu at Vysehrad, they will tell you for sure :)
