How To Exercise Your Dog - Core Exercise

Rambo is a 8 years old German Shepherd. Canine fitness and canine conditioning are subjects that I'm very passionate about because I want to make sure I'm doing everything I can to ensure Rambo's well-being throughout his senior years.
The challenges that senior dogs, particularly German Shepherds, often face include a decline in hind leg mobility as age catches up with them. Rambo has been engaging in conditioning exercises since he was 4, with the intention of promoting his overall strength, endurance, and muscle development. As he reaches the age of 8, I want to do my best to help Rambo stays strong and healthy so he can enjoy doing all his favorite activities for as long as he can.
