A brother from the St Croix just did a stucco job on my home here in Jacksonville, Fl and it has the safe texture of this project. I was blown away of his skill, but he made it look so easy. Nice video and thanks for sharing brother!

I just said to myself that I need that type of paint job when I build my house for waterproofing, moisture control and such, but I didn’t know the name of the process. I like that rough texture look on the outside. Sometimes the quality of workmanship isn’t that optimal here, but when you find quality workmanship, it’s worth the price.

Looks like Artist has a good crew that also produces great work. There is nothing like having your grocery store outside your house. That is marvelous.

Dude you should help people in the States to buy land and build in Ghana. It will be a good bussines venture since you know those house builders and you are in Ghana to moniter the workers to make sure everything is done the right way and the workers built the right way for your cleint. You see the way that woman is sitting there and Monitoring them, that how you do it cos once a Mistake is done on the building, it cannot be undone. Like you said you hate your kitchen tiles, am sure if someone was around to ask, you could had chosen a different colour. The same way you could ask your Client which colour of Materials they want to build thier perfect home.
Yes please I am seriously considering doing that working along side with the contractors. Actually I had someone overseeing my project, and by the time I saw those ugly tiles it was too late, however I have never completed the kitchen because I have to redo it 😩 also my windows on my house are not sealed correctly and bugs are able to come in. I have truly learned from my mistakes. Someone that has a eye for good quality work has to be chosen, not just a friend. I had a friend that didn’t quite have the eye for quality work, but he just got it done. There are so many things here I’m now complaining about. I will definitely be available and ready to help someone not make the many mistakes I’ve made.
